On May 5, I purchased my Hixel rings. I read the reviews and thought this would be a good product to try.
I placed the order, and the money was taken out of the account.
33 days later, no product, no communication, and no refund. I'm not one to write reviews.
I assure you this is to prevent anyone from making the mistake I made choosing an unethical company that does not respond to emails or care about their customers.

I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for not receiving any order confirmation after I placed it, but the funds have come out of our checking account.
I *did* receive the ring set last week and I was excited to give it a whirl.
Gentlemen, lads, I have tried Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, Rugiet (totally worthless) and the only way I have been able to achieve any erection suitable for intercourse has solely been Trimix injections. Yes, I hate giving myself injections to my Best Friend, but it has worked flawlessly for 13 years.
I had begun using Dr. Kegel exercises for the last 2-3 months and have noticed both visually and performance-wise a rise in quality and girth of my erections. I will continue them to see if I can maintain without the Trimix.
I was just scrolling Instagram when these came across my screen; I read on and on, found reviews that mirror my sentiments about MYHIXELs lacking in customer service/shipping communication, but I did receive the product in due time, so I can't fault them that.
Last night after foreplay, I felt I had a chance to try the lowest strength ring, both to see how it felt and obviously if it worked.
For the first time in 13+ years of damn near every ED treatment I could find, I was able to complete coitus with my wife with no medicinal supplementation. Needless to say, happy tears flowed. I was amazed and quite pleased with the quality and performance of the MYHIXEL ring system. I don't even think I will need to go up any level any time soon.
Bottom line: Great product, piss-poor customer service.

Won't help if you have a serious ED problem
If you have a serious ED problem, the rings will not help. The rings have a very large diameter and don't constrict the penis tight enough to prevent blood from flowing out of the penis. The three sizes are all the same size just different tensions. Even the instructions say get on erection first, then put on the ring. So if you are having trouble getting an erection, this product won't work. I think it was deceptive to say this product will help with ED. It can only enhance performance for those who do not have ED. Finally, they will not refund your money

Great experience
I ordered this just to try it out, not expecting it to be much different from other rings I’ve bought online. I was wrong. The anatomical shape actually makes sense, it fits perfectly without that painful pinching sensation you get with standard round rings. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do for performance, but you can actually wear it comfortably. The material feels premium too. Definitely a keeper.

Too tight
I purchased two ‘light’ sized Rings during the kickstarter campaign. They arrived very late but were very high quality items. The design is very clever and I can see how they are completely different to a standard O ring. My 1-star is purely because the ring is too small / constrictive for me. I have a large girth and the light ring just completely cut off blood flow turning my penis dark purple after 20 seconds. PLEASE make an extra extra light version asap. The rings are actually too big. I am above average girth and still they were not tight enough to make a difference, and certainly overpriced. Unless you have a girth of 6.5+ inches it will not help. The average girth apparently is 4.9 inches. Be warned.

They sold me an already used license without a proper resolution. Waste of time and money!
I am very disappointed that the MYHIXEL Control program activation issue remains unresolved after a significant time - almost 10 days. The sequence of events suggests a concerning pattern. After I reported the missing activation card and then purchased the CONTROL program separately, the provided activation details were faulty, indicating the QR code was already in use.
Instead of addressing a potential license issue, the focus shifted to a supposed software bug. Despite my providing detailed device information and screenshots, the problem continues. The uncertain resolution timeframe for this "simple bug" leads me to suspect a corrupted license is the actual cause.
I am concerned that the emphasis on a software bug might be masking a faulty license and that my support ticket could be closed without resolution, leaving the product unusable. It is unacceptable that I still cannot use the program after almost 10 days.
Therefore, I insist on a more transparent approach. As requested, please provide an alternative license to quickly verify if the issue is with the current license data. I urge you to investigate and provide a replacement license without further delay to resolve this matter. I look forward to your prompt and effective response.
They were only responsive for during the money collection and near dead otherwise. Be careful.
