I had a Nikon lens collected by DPD on Thursday, March 19th and received a text telling me it was on its way and that was that! Today, the 24th, I checked with the recipients and it had not arrived. They checked with DPD and it had been held up in the Dundee depot, just down the road but, should be delivered today. Now, this is my only long zoom lens, my go-to for all my nature walks and they held onto it for WAY too long without letting anyone know!? NOT GOOD SERVICE in fact, almost every time I have an incoming delivery it is delayed these days.
Personally I now have more faith in Royal Mail and really wish more companies would switch back, the courier companies seem to think they have it all now and we are no longer important. I am NOT happy with this AT ALL DPD!
