Shocking customer service :-(
Bought an outdoor heater in November 2024 from Blumfeldt, which exploded (!!!) when we turned it on!
Luckily nobody got injured, but the hot glass shards damaged a vinyl floor mat.
Customer support said a claim will require a comprehensive claim form to be submitted. This has been sent across in March 2025 and ever since I've been ignored, SHOCKING!

UPDATE:
Responding to the standard response I've just received to the above, I HAVE been in touch with customer support for almost HALF A YEAR now and I provided all the information to get through this kafka-esque process in March already!!!
