Keep away!!! Been over a week since I returned the faulty warmer, still not been refunded, now they saying refunds can take up to 14 days after being issued!!!!! Is the money going to walk into my bank account!!! Clearly the worst company iv ever come across. Customer service is no good at all, they tell you we won’t reply to you anymore unless there is an issue and find me not having my refund as something that isn’t an issue. KEEP AWAY, CHEAP MATERIAL USED ON THERE PRODUCTS, FAULTY, REFUND PROCESS VERY SLOW IF THEY ARE TO REFUND YOU.
