New order
I have been using Contabo for the last 3 years.
But six months ago I started to face a lot of issues, especially with their support, however Today I had an unbelievable case, On Saturday 2nd of September 2023 I placed an order for VPS which by their terms takes up to 3 hours to be ready, After several emails they told me I need to wait until Monday 4th September to get the VPS! Suddenly I will need to move all my services with them to another provider.

Second, we can only apologize for the delayed provisioning of your instance, usually this is done in a fully automated way but unfortunately in very rare cases a human intervention is required, leading to this long waiting time for you.
