Absolutely , Zero, Customer Support from them. Actually had to cancel my credit card because I couldn’t turn off the auto renew. Do yourself a favor. Cancel your credit cards or subscription with this YI service. It is Terrible that companies like YI exist. It’s time to shut them down and stop them.

With my other cameras the ads don't take over like with this one. Once the ads take over, can't get out. Won't recommend it, won't buy it again. About to replace it.

I originally bought 11 inside cameras and three outside cameras on the basis that I didn't need a subscription and could fit an SD card for recording as the subscription for all these cameras would have been expensive. The cameras worked ok although with limited functionality. After about a year Yi/Kami started to introduce ads and pop ups which got progressively worse until the app and cameras were useless, unless of course you took out a subscription- which was not the deal.
I was so enraged I have taken all the cameras out and thrown them away and changed them all to TP Link at considerable cost. These work fine and as advertised. And a note to Yi /Kami. You think you are being clever but you are actually very stupid. As well as changing the cameras I have standardised on TP Link infrastructure for all of my home controls. You have lost me as a customer for ever. I tell everyone of my experience. From Trust Pilot reviews it look like everyone has had the same experience. So, in my opinion never, ever buy Yi/Kami.

Total Crap. Choose anything other than Yi. Not worth one star.

Really poor aggressive ads makes the product unusable. I have ditched the cameras and will not be using this company's products again

Worst camera you can buy! App and company are totally useless ! Do not waste your money on total junk!

I bought this camera on Amazon thinking that it was a great camera when you trying to load your application all these ads coming up it's ridiculous you purchased the camera on your Wi-Fi why should we be getting all these ads I'm going to disconnect my camera and buy me another camera that don't have to deal with ads there's a total junk

When I first bought the cameras they were fantastic. And then they decided to put full page ads that you cannot exit out of and cannot access your camera footage in an emergency. App glitches out every time i use it and shows my car that’s been gone for over a year still parked out front half the time. By far one of the worst companies out there.

Had a number of these cameras for many years, they were originally very good and was so pleased that I took out a yearly subscription.
They took my money, then they took it out again about 4 days later, I contacted them and asked for it to be refunded as I had not authorised the second payment.
They refused and said they would add a second year subscription. After a number of emails I eventually was given a refund after saying that I would go to my credit card company to ask for a charge back.

Shortly after I decided to start replacing my YI with a different make as I was finding it very difficult to view recordings because of the amount of adverts put in your way on the app, it was taking longer & longer to view anything.
I now only have one YI camera I have not replaced & tried to view that this morning on the app, after 15 mins of clicking to view the recording all I was getting were 30 second adverts, one after the other. I have now given up and written this review and will replace this camera as well.
It is a shame they are good cameras.

I would never recommend this produce they got pop ups and you rarely get to see your cameras without pop up interferences. I regrete i have them. Don't waste your money, buy anything else or regret it like me.

I'd like to join the many other reviewers here by you another 1 Star for your perseverance & consistency to be the worst WiFi security camera provider. As soon as my additional new Netvue security camera, arrives my Yi security camera is destined for the trash can! TOO MANY ADS!

Yi cameras are garbage and they send you so many offers and notifications, its ridiculous. Do not buy their product ever ,the worst cameras you can buy

Glad to have now dumped all Yi cameras in dustbin. The app is unusable with continuous intrusive ads and pop ups - wish I had never wasted my money.

I bought the camera system. After a while, the pressure from YI for extra payment is excruciating and there is so much advertising. Buy another serious camera manufacturer.

While the camera is pretty good the app is wrggled with adds making it impossible to view recordings on the memory card.

Do not buy or you will be disapointed and forced into expensive subscription to view what you have recorded locally.

The cameras are not horrible cameras. The problem is the app. You must have the app to use the cameras. You must buy thier cloud to see any alerts or notifications OR use an SD card. But if you use an SD card you are saturated with pop up ads to the point of literally not being able to utilize the app properly. I bought the two camera set from a yard sale. I quickly realized why it was so cheap but appeared unused. Worthless! Don’t waste your time or money!!

0 Stars. I have used YI cameras in my home for many years but now I am throwing them out. I am forced to watch ads when I open the app now. I am not able to see my cameras detection video ON MY OWN SD CARD unless I pay YI extra money for a subscription. I bought these to use for the features that are now behind a paywall. I hate the company and will never buy from them again.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I am just here to reiterate the frustration and anger at the app that requires you to watch a video ADVERTISING of an entire minute or more BEFORE you can view your cameras. In an emergency this is dangerous and thoughtless of this company to force you to pay money to be able to load them up immediately. It is reprehensible that they are allowed to let this happen. You buy these to make your families and properties safer and they say the app is free and you can choose to pay for monitoring. And then the ads appear and all of the cameras I purchased in good faith are practically useless. I’ve nearly Theon my phone in frustration when trying to check on a concerning alert, powerless to see what’s happening while an app for something that in principle I would never purchase wastes my precious time. DO NOT deal with this company!
