I can process all types of cards easily and recently new useful features were added. Only drawback that they don't allow charging cards without physical presence except for hotels. Very annoying.

I have not recieved my item that I paid…
I have not recieved my item that I paid for via Viva.com and have recieved no email replies regarding my concerns. I will need to contact the bank for my money back if this isn’t resolved soon. At present very very disappointed
