Already 3rd month since switching out to another company. I am not sure if I will ever receive my saldo/balance of a few thousand kroners. They are going through some kind of restructuring and don't have funds.
This company is a scam. They called and offered me a subscription with no fees but the cost of the consumption, I live in a 62sqm apartment, I have no crazy devices at home and my consumption is 118kWh and got a bill for March of 465,52kr, on this, a creation fee of 199kr, a hidden fee since I was never told about this, transport of 56,38kr… I have asked for the other bills since I need to see the details, and nothing. When I check with my previous company, they have been the ones providing me with energy and got the termination notice on March 16th, but Vedvarende is charging me since February

I was called by William which kept pushing for me the change and I have never agreed to change.
One day later I received a confirmation email from Vedvarende stating that my electric contract would be transferred to them.
This is an absolute absurd and abusive behaviour.
I feel like there is no rules when It comes to selling things through phone.

You are more than welcome to contact customer service for more help. But every customer was adwise before the transfer and had 30 days to change supplier if you didn't wanted to come over.
