Anna called me to make me an offer and we agreed on no binding of 6 months and no initial fee of 199kr but they added it to the contract without my agreement anyway, and over the phone I got a different information! Now I can’t reach them anymore to cancel this false contract, she told me, I can call at any time but the phone goes to voicemail, so I feel deceived and scammed.
I do not recommend EnergiX. The communication regarding costs and contractual obligations did not seem transparent to me. If you want to give up their services, you may face high costs and frustrating procedures. Before signing, check all the clauses and possible penalties very carefully.
