Ordered some products 2 days ago, everything in stock, emailed today as paid for the 1-2 day shipping 24 hour tracking and haven’t got my items as they said the one i ordered was out of stock in the email, but when ordered it wasn’t. they haven’t emailed me back as i asked what others have they got that are in stock and never got back to me. rang them multiple times. this time got someone on the phone that did nothing pretty much, and was quite rude both times i have now spoken to them, and said that they’ll get back to me in 15 minutes about my order and never did. so have asked for a refund, so awaiting a refund. order at your own risk of possibility of not getting your own order.

Poor Customer Service
I ordered some pouches and, after receiving no updates, contacted them five days later to ask where they were. Turns out they were out of stock the entire time. The refund is going to take another five days.

Poor service
Order took 10 days to arrive even though advertised as 48hr tracked. When it did arrive an important item was missing meaning I couldn't use some of the other items received.
No communication from the vendor i.e.
Tracking number for the delivery

Still awaiting refund for missing item. Will not be buying from this Company again.

Avoid at all cost
I ordered from vape big on the 23rd of march was meant to be delivered on the 26th of march but was delivered to wrong address. I emailed vape big and they said that Royal Mail have said it was delivered correctly but if you look at the picture of where it was delivered it is the wrong front door. Vape big said they were going to appeal the Royal Mail but have now completely stopped responding. Really poor customer service. All I want is what I ordered.
