My customer got hurt by this site.
She paid €20 for a cancellation.
This would have been free and more or less immediate if she had just called or e-mailed direct to us.
But worse than charging money for what is a free service direct from us, they never contacted my company, so we never knew the customer even wanted to cancel.
This is either incompetent or fraudulent. Even 1 star is overrated

Simply by entering your e-mail address, you cannot place an order with us.

Cancellation request
I had made a request to cancel my contract, but I sent an e-mail to cancel this request within the hour, as stated in their terms and conditions. However, they didn't take my e-mail into account at all, and I end up with a bill for which I had requested cancellation. I'd like them to cancel my request so that I can keep my subscription and not be charged !

even though I started filling out the form to deregister my car on their website, I gave up and deregistered my car directly with the insurance company I had a contract with. I never confirmed that I wanted a service from Volders. they filled out the forms themselves to the end without my approval and now they sent me an invoice for something that no longer exists. that means they want to charge me money for deregistering my car which has already been deregistered. Shame on Volders, this is equal to crime.!!!!!

We will not create a chargeable order without a successful transmission of the data. You may have found us via Google search. We display our logo and prices transparently at all times. The order is also only finally created with the button "Send termination (subject to charge)".
If the use of our termination service was not intentional, we are of course sorry. Please note, however, that we cannot tell which order is intentional and which is not.

Scam! Never visit their website!
I never clicked submit button for cancellation of a contract, but however I was charged immediately. I dont understand how is this possible. Once you fill in all details and for the last step they ask you to select a plan, once you click on it, it doesnt matter if you click submit button or not. You will be charged! Not at all a good experience. I highly recommend never ever visit their webstie or you will lose money!

We have tested your statement and unfortunately we could not reproduce the error you described. In each of our tests, the order was created only with the button "Send cancellation fee".
It would be great if you could send us screenshots of the process and also the browser you used. Or did you send it from the app?
