Great courtesy call from Oliver at UK Fuels
Oliver Berry from UK Fuels rang us just as a courtesy call, and it was really helpful. He checked that our account was all up to date with everything, which was reassuring, and he also helped us out with a query we had about our website. I have always found Josh to be polite, extremely helpful to resolving any issues I may have. It is a pleasure that he to always asking how I've been doing since we last spoke which to me means a lot. I call it the personal touch. Just going that extra mile but in a genuine way.

Great to have a direct contact
Although we have been with UK Fuels for several years under our previous parent company we have only recently had direct dealings with them. I now have regular catch ups with our account manager Megan and she is always open to explaining the options available to us and how we can implement changes to improve the service

We would like to give Levert Kachingwe, our Fuel Account Manager, a well-deserved 5-star review. He is extremely professional, reliable, friendly, and always a pleasure to deal with.
Levert calls us every Monday with the best fuel prices and latest offers, making sure we are always getting the most competitive deals. He is also very knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions, explain everything clearly, and help us whenever we need assistance.
What really stands out is his excellent customer service and consistency. He genuinely takes the time to understand our needs and always goes the extra mile to help.
