I have been coming to this studio for body massages for many years, but only recently had my first facial treatment — and I realised how much I had been missing out on. Joy is amazing! Throughout the entire hour, I felt completely relaxed, cared for and pampered. My skin looked and felt wonderful, and I could still notice the benefits for several days afterwards. I will definitely be coming back every month!

Treatwell exposed me to salons I would not discover on my own, it is user friendly, effective and well-organized.

I had an amazing massage with Mary. She is incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly how to treat the pain in my lower back. Her technique was excellent, and I felt so much relief after the session. I left feeling much better and completely satisfied with the treatment. I'll definitely be coming back regularly. I've already recommended Mary to many people, and several of them have started going to her because of my recommendation. I can't recommend her enough!

Amazing place. The ladies here are exceptional and trained beyond anywhere else I've ever been. Diamond keeps me mobile, I suffer with chronic si joint difficulties and inflammation. Without these guys I'd be on crutches. Thanks so much ❤️

Set up an appointment for my hairdressers through Treatwell online which was a nightmare as they've been spamming me nearly every day asking me to write a review of my hair salon which I'm not interested in doing at this time. The emails have NO unsubscribe link and I'm very careful to opt out of marketing emails so I had to Google how to get off their email list - I could block them but it might affect future bookings with my hair salon (which to be frank, I'm thinking of not using them again if they can't sort out their own booking system). Anyway I clicked through to a GDPR page to get removed and guess what? They only wanted to send me an email to confirm my request and are now claiming it will take up to 30 days to action my request which is a load of nonsense!

I’d give Treatwell 1 star.

The biggest issue is that there’s no phone number to call when something goes wrong. Everything has to be done through live chat or messages, which makes resolving serious problems incredibly frustrating.

When I first signed up, I was repeatedly contacted by a sales rep until I agreed to join. Unfortunately, my account wasn’t set up correctly, and I was wrongly billed over £300. After I explained what had happened, that charge was eventually removed.

Later, another representative visited my salon to help. Before leaving, I made it very clear that my account was not to be activated because I was about to go on holiday. Despite this, the account was activated anyway. While I was away, bookings came through that I had no choice but to cancel because the salon was closed. I tried contacting my local representative several times on WhatsApp but received no response.

I’m now being charged £130 in commission for appointments that only existed because Treatwell activated my account against my instructions. I had no opportunity to fulfil those bookings, so I don’t believe I should be held responsible.

To make matters worse, when I contacted customer support, I felt like I was simply blamed for the situation instead of anyone taking ownership of what had happened. My issue still hasn’t been resolved, and the live chat was ended without any real solution.

Overall, I’ve had a very disappointing experience. Poor communication, mistakes made by Treatwell staff, no accessible phone support, and a lack of accountability have left me with charges for something that wasn’t my fault. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend Treatwell.

Booked an hour facial. Therapist only turned up after I messaged her and yet she finished the treatment after 45 minutes. I contacted Treatwell and waited weeks for a response only to be told they wouldn't do anything. Complete time wasters.

I recently joined treatwell and so far I love the system, Christie has been so helpful she has answered all my questions and always been just a message away. From the get go she was very lovely & professional, explained everything throughly and made the process so easy!
