Stole my money, website rarely works, no customer service.

I like the app now I can manage my clientele an be organized and also I having more clients that see me in the app and make appointments with me 100% satisfy with the app

It is really easy to keep on top of appointments and really easy for all clients to use. Everything is layed out how it should be. There isn't one thing I'd change. I have used booksy in the past as an employee, now I am self employed and using it for my own business 😊

⭐ DISGRACEFUL — MONEY TAKEN DESPITE CANCELLING ON TIME

I cancelled my appointment within the required cancellation period, yet I was still charged the FULL €60 fee.

My father had died and I had to attend his funeral. Despite this genuine and serious circumstance, they refused to return my money after I requested a refund.

I cancelled correctly, I did not use the service, and yet they decided to keep the full payment. This is completely unacceptable.

I will now be disputing the charge with my bank and reporting this matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

Absolutely appalling customer service and a shocking lack of basic compassion. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

It doesn’t show my scheduled appt, it doesn’t text the appt, or alert me about an upcoming appt.

It’s easy to use and my clients love it

Useless people had somone leave a picture of something not related to the haircut at all and Booksy wouldn't delete it such a joke of a company

I like using booksy it makes managing a schedule very simple and easy. My only complaint is I wish you could change pricing for a certain day or time of day. Maybe there can be a way to setup a service for a certain time so we can charge more after that time and charge less on slower days to get more bookings.

Worst customer service and payout is awful

The freedom of clients booking their own appointments which allows me to focus and improve my work.

The online agents when you first get the app are so helpful! Gabriella is truly the best and always open to schedule a time to talk about buisness and the app. Shes very understanding and patient and works with everyone.

I love using booksy because it tracks all my reports and helps me be more organized! I dont have to worry about Dms to book and It does everything for me!

Starting off with no customer base and quickly gaining some traction. Staff very helpful.
