This is life changing
This is life changing, on my third delivery! Struggled to manage ibs and acid reflux for decades even tho I’m on max medication for this. Tibico seems to have regulated my digestion for the first time since my 30’s and massively reduced reflux. Bowel movements are normal and regular, also a first, and therefore bloating and stomach pain almost gone. To be honest, there’s only a couple of flavours I can stomach and it wouldn’t be me choice of drink, I take my heart medication with it on a morning in an empty stomach so made a couple of shots part of my routine. Absolutely life changing, thank you!! ☺️

Better digestion already!
Delivery was on time, well packaged and the water kefir flavours I've tried so far (4 of them) have been great.
I've noticed better digestion already, but have unfortunately not seen any improvement with reflux (I'm still taking that as a win, because digestion was appalling, to the point I had to arrange leaving the house around this!). Currently much more confident leaving the house!

I have waited before giving a review
I have waited before giving a review. I just received my third mixed box because I enjoy all the different flavours. Like so many on here I was prescribed omeprazole for acid reflux. I’m so happy to find Tibico, after reading all the reviews thinking ‘this is me’ !! I no longer feel like I’m choking when laying on my back in bed and the dry itchy eczema behind my ears has cleared. Thankyou so much for this high quality tasty product that makes a huge difference to my every day life.

Love Tibico, recommend to all my family and friends. I've been drinking a small glass every mornings for about 6 months now, and feel so good for it. I feel it's helped my IBS and reflux hugely. I love the mint and lime one and the raspberry hibiscus! Beetroot also delicious (and I don't usually like beetroot!)

Excellent. The reports about helping with reflux have been proved in my case. Reflux all but disappeared when drinking Tibico. Would definitely recommend.
Easy to order and prompt delivery.
Shame that there is no way to return the bottles to be used again just conventional recycling.

Third delivery now and really feeling…
Third delivery now and really feeling the benefits of the kefir - almost instantly for my gut issues and slowly but surely improving inflammation linked to my arthritis. Delivery is superb. Recycling the cardboard packaging and have used them to plant spring bulbs in my raised beds! Perfect! Nothing wasted!!

An amazing product. "Does what is says on the BOTTLE"
I have suffered from acid reflux with that irritating throat cough for over a year, the burning sensation often waking me up at night. My husband has been on medication for the same. We tried the Tibico trial pack of 6 bottles,delivered promptly by DPD. We started slowly as directed and after our 2nd bottle I could already feel such an improvement. No acid reflux, reduced cough ,no need to try sleeping while sitting up, Success!!! I am just ordering a regular subscription delivery.Thank you Tibico.

Arrived well packaged and in good time
Arrived well packaged and in good time. Definitely an acquired taste as i dont drink fizzy drinks normally the fizz can take you by by surprise..however I am open to improving my biome as i have long standing digestive issues. Tibico certainly speeds up gut transit time in a good way.
I am experiencing gut rumblings and cramps but hope this will die down once i am more used to the ptoduct. I will reconsider how i feel once i have consumed all of my trial pack.

Yes, sometimes fermented foods can take a little getting used to. If the product is fizzy it can just be poured into a glass and left to stand a little while, the fizz will soon disipate.
We do advise to start with a small amount, 100mls, to begin with and gradually increase as the stomach gets used to the product. Some people have no issues but some can experience bloat, gas and rumblings. Your gut will gradually adjust and thank you for it.

Not good. This really effected my silent reflux .
I tried for 2 weeks and I followed the instructions strictly on how to take it.
The beetroot seemed to be a favourite of many so ordered 3 bottles and the other 3 bottles were a mix, 6 bottles in total. The beetroot was like strong vinegar and flat. I tasted the others and they were fizzy and tasted nice. I emailed to say I thought the beetroot had been over fermented but they didn’t want to know, said they were all tested. Be aware that this can make you much worse and not for everyone.
Most of what i bought ended up poured down the drain 🙁

Hello Carol, we are sorry to read that you were not too keen on our Beetroot Boost. However, the 3 bottles you ordered would have been part of a batch that would have made a thousand bottles, and this is the only complaint we have received out of all the bottles that went out.
We monitor our ferments several times a day during fermentation, we chill the product as soon as it is ready to stop further fermenting. We are very strict on our quality control and a product is not sent out unless it is of a high standard and meets all the correct readings on the testing.
The beetroot is not fizzy, as it is not a fruit. Not being fizzy does not mean it has gone off. Chilling a product makes the fermentation dormant. Safer when in transit.
We are pleased that you enjoyed the other flavours, beetroot is obviously not for you. We are all different.
