My first appointment was great, everything went downhill afterwards.
My first appointment was great. The provider took her time and listened to all my concerns. After the appointment I received lab orders, I asked to have my ferritin checked.. needless to say Im STILL waiting on an updated order that includes my ferritin. Then I received a message saying I had to find a third party supplier since their supplier didnt service my state,but they were going to charge me an additinal $29 a month for them sending the script plus the $49 monthly membership fee. A few hours later the customer service advocate informed me they suddenly have a supplier that services my state. It's been over a week, no response from my provider and no updated labs orders. Avoid the headache and find the money grab that is THRIVE LABS.

The Gold Standard of Care
I have never before received the level of care I get at Thrivelab. Dr. Bimisa Augustin, my provider, and Hazel Segura, my patient Advocate, have been amazing. My health is the best it has been in many, many years thanks to their expertise and their care. I can reach out with any concerns I might have and they always respond very quickly. They understand my individual issues and concerns. On top of the excellent care, they are warm and compassionate. Being provided great health care is not a given and I feel so fortunate to have found my provider at Thrivelab. As far as I am concerned, they are the gold standard of care and they never fail to exceed my expectations. Kudos!!

The one on one care is great

I was worried about using an online…
I was worried about using an online platform for my hormone replacement therapy but I have been with Thrive for over 2 years and I have had an amazing experience. Everyone from the medical assistants to the providers have been very attentive, supportive and responsive when you need help. I feel like I have a direct link to my provider (Lacey) through the online platform. My questions are answered thoughtfully and carefully and I am always kept in the loop with everything. If you are on the fence- try it. I wouldn’t go back to OB/GYN care now. Thank you to everyone involved!

Thrivelab ROCKS!
Everything about this company is awesome but the most awesome part is Dr. Bimisa Augustin! Im 54, in menopause and I have NEVER had a doctor listen to me like she does and do everything to make me feel better and get through this time.
