I need to give credit where it’s due! Jordan, the patient care manager has completely taken my situation over and started digging into the issues. She immediately reached out to me and has been trying to find the problem, which seems to be a disconnect with the compounding pharmacy.
Jordan processed a FULL REFUND then unexpectedly my order arrived later that same day. I have reached out to Jordan to let her know and to make re-payment. I am happy with the work that Jordan is putting in trying to resolve this issue and find where the break down in services occurred.
Though I am not required to remit another payment, it IS the right thing to do and I will continue working with Thrive Labs going forward.

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would.
My provider was great, the actual company is the worstbive ever experienced. I had my consultation on 8/13/26. They “ordered” my meds that day but never processed it. I had to go in and do that…. Ok so on the 15th I did so. On the 17th apparently it actually “processed”. But today on 8/21/26 ins I’ll have no order confirmation or tracking info. But I am sever hundred dollars lighter….
My husband had his consultation on 8/18/26 and his medication arrived about 5 minutes ago on 8/21.
I’ve been messaging thru the portal, I’ve left voice mails and I call at all hours of the day. No. Response.
Guess I have to contact my card company and the state attorneys office. It’s upsetting because the provider is actual a local woman who works AT my PC doc office. Oh well

She made us both feel very comfortable discussing Cindys health and made good sense

Maria and Brittany have both been very helpful with helping navigate my hormone replacement therapy. They listen to my concerns and are very knowledgeable about HRT and any other questions I may have.

I finally feel listened to. My provider was clear, concise, caring, and did not try to push any "extras" on me. This was my first visit, but I left it feeling like I'm finally on the right path- after multiple disappointments in the traditional health system.

I cannot recommend ThriveLab enough! Dr. Bimisa is absolutely amazing, extremely knowledgeable, caring, and truly dedicated to her patients. She has changed my life through her treatment and, most importantly, she always looks beyond the lab results. She listens to my concerns, takes the time to understand how I’m feeling, and genuinely works to help me feel like myself again.

Katya from Patient Care has also been incredible. She is always on top of everything I need, promptly answers all my questions, helps with every request, and makes the entire process so much easier.

I have been with Thrivelabs for years and my experience is always amazing! Super responsive to my appointment request. Easy sign up. It does cost $45 to book your appointment but I was willing to do so. Apparently that fee goes toward the patient responsibility after the claim for the visit is sent through insurance. Dr was a good listener, had good questions, was ready to help me right away! Very clear on the pricing and yet not pushy at all. I was given clear next steps and am confident that if i choose to use them, it will be as smooth as the sign up was. I have so much hope and peace now that I have ThriveLab as an option for me.
