I cannot thank Zoe Dixon enough! She was phenomenal throughout the entire process, especially considering our unique circumstances with my partner being Ukrainian and currently on the Homes for Ukraine scheme.

Zoe's attention to detail was second to none. She secured us an incredible deal at a fantastic rate through thorough due diligence by collecting all necessary paperwork ahead of time and proactively speaking with the underwriter about our specific conditions before even submitting the application.

The best part? She submitted the full mortgage application at 1:00 PM and had our formal offer approved by 4:30 PM the very same day. Her preparation made all the difference. I cannot recommend Zoe enough to anyone looking for a dedicated, expert mortgage broker.
