Absolute shite - liars, frauds, do not trust.
Took my money and ran.

I was looking everywhere for one of my clubs green football shirts from the 24/25 season and thought I’d found one on this site.
Reasonable price and great delivery time and even a customisation option, perfect.
Paid £49 and was pleased to read on their tracking when it was apparently dispatched, I waited two weeks and then questioned my orders whereabouts? I got told it was dispatched but the hot weather was causing ROYAL MAIL issues and then they gave me the official Royal Mail tracking number… Royal Mail never received the item after it was dispatched.. in fact they still haven’t.. BUT ‘THE VINTAGE XI’ now tell me it’s been delivered?! And are not responding to my correspondence? I believe This company to be fraudulent .

The old adage “if something seems too good to be true, it probably is” springs to mind.

I placed an order a week before for the world cup. The shirt came 4 weeks later after the WC had finished. The store won't get back to me on returning the item.

Awful customer service and pure lies on delivery times.

Absolutely pathetic, been waiting over a month for my shirt , now it says delivered , and guess what , no shirt delivered, im now suspecting this company to be a scam be aware before ordering from this company

Absolute scam of a company AVOID AVOID AVOID, purchased a chelsea shirt which showed in stock, then get an email a week later saying out of stock I can choose another shirt or get refund. Ive asked for a refund and they still haven't done this. Reported them to my bank as a scam and will hopefully get a refund soon, still no refund, all they keep saying is processed wait between 3-5 days. It's been weeks and nothing I hope my bank can resolve.
Please everyone AVOID these scammers

Absolutely terrible.

I ordered 3 x football shirts for the deal of get 1 free. Seemed too good to be true. Of course it was.

The order took over 3.5 weeks to arrive, so I’m not confident that they are UK products as advertised.

The 2 x England shirts I received were of the cheapest quality. They were also the tiniest size medium I have ever seen in my life. I couldn’t even get my head through the top!! Ridiculous sizing.

To make everything 10x worse and infuriating, customer service is run entirely by AI. I had to wait days for a poorly generated response. They said I could return and get a full refund and said they would send me a returns label. I had to chase two more times for this. Over 30 days later and I’m now in a position to be able to return. The returns label didn’t work. I paid for signed for post myself to return them, with my full details, order number etc etc inside. I emailed them that I was doing this and they said that’s absolutely no problem, and I’ll get a refund 5-6 days after they receive the shirts.

I’ve tracked the number and they’ve now refused to accept the parcel, so now the shirts are on their way back to me.

I doubt I’ll get my money back from them at this point. Chasing a complaint and back to square 1 of trying to return. Beyond a joke. I would avoid at all costs.

They took 3 additional weeks to send me the shirt I ordered. The shirt was fake and I contacted them to arange a return for a refund. After lengthy delays they sent me a returns label but will not accept the package at their shop and will now not reply to any emails.

What an absolute joke of a company. Save your money and buy from DHgate which I also did and the quality is much better and came quicker.
I ordered 3 St George England tops before the World Cup. Finally received two of them after the semi final and the 3rd a few days later. They quote 3 days for quality checks but it must be Stevie wonder doing the checks as mine were shocking. They also don’t respond to emails when asking for a return shipping label. It’s been 9 days now and still no response. I also made an account when I bought the shirts now I can’t sign into it and there’s no option for forgotten password to get back into it 🤷🏻‍♂️. This is all dodgy. Im going to try go through Amex to get a refund instead.

I had my doubts at first, when placing a order for the Scotland 1994 home shirt and Arsenal 01/02 away shirt, I could not be more pleased with how they came, over the moon to be exact!!! Thank you, will definitely be returning soon.

This company is a scam and I've ordered and still haven't received anything, I've had to get the refund through PayPal, who refunded me back. The company didn't respond to me twice after I'd asked for an update. Avoid at all costs!

Scam. Placed an order, paid and never heard again. No communications whatsoever, so in the end had to go through credit card chargeback process. Avoid avoid avoid!

I have finally recieved what I ordered after asking for a refund on multiple occasions..they admitted they lied about it being sent and said if it doesn't arrive by today I can keep it and they will refund. However it is FAKE! I ordered the palace x nike shirt and its arrived with Adidas labels! They also left the transfer paper on the nike label which has been put on rather wonky. Obviously set up to scam people during the world cup and the reason they are taking so long to send is because they have to order it from China themselves.

I ordered end of June and yet to receive my item. Customer service either reply in 5 mins or days. Same response every time "rest assured your item is not lost and is making its way to your local delivery office" and the "heatwave has effected royal mails delivery" but "they definitely have it" the tracking was created over a week ago with 48hr tracked delivery but the item still isn't here and royal mail have confirmed that its not been taken to them and they haven't collected it. I've had many parcels delivered by royal mail since I have ordered this and they have all arrived on time. I've asked for a refund multiple times but they continue to say they can't because it's on its way... some people seem to have received theirs but I would be very cautious ordering from here.

Waited so long for the order that my team were out of the world cup before I could wear it. The quality of the top is shocking. See-through material with the neck unfinished and seams awry. Trying to return it but customer service have gone quiet after saying I would receive a return label in 24 hours, four days ago. I am really hoping I have not been scammed and that I will eventually receive my refund. Would not touch again with a bargepole.

The shirts are as described and I’m really happy with them. They took a bit of time to arrive due to the World Cup and the heat waves but well worth the wait. I love mine.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a shirt before the World Cup but still waiting. Correspondence shocking. Every email is the same as the last. I have been given a Royal Mail tracking number from them but don’t even know if this is legitimate as it just keeps saying waiting for delivery. I would not recommend this site to anyone. I’m worried now that I won’t get a refund for the item if in fact I ever receive it.

UPDATE
Received order today. I admit quality very good and happy with goods. I just wish that the company would review their claim of 3-5 working days for delivery. It arrived 3 weeks after order. I think if they were honest regarding delivery times then their customer's would be happier. Yes I would order again but obviously well in advance of when needed.

Ordered a shirt on the 18th June. And has still not arrived. I’ve had no emails saying it’s delayed ect. Or replies to my emails asking where it is. Tracking says it was dispatched on the 26th June it’s now the 7th July and has still not arrived. The World Cup will be over by the time it gets here, if it ever does.
