Problem Fixed
I wanted to update/correct my original review because The Latest Drop ultimately made things right.
My initial experience was frustrating because I received wrong size. However, after reaching out to customer service, they responded and worked to correct the issue.
To their credit, they expedited the return process and made sure I received the boots in the correct size. While the original mistake was disappointing, I appreciate that they took responsibility and resolved the problem rather than ignoring it.
Customer service matters most when something goes wrong, and in this case, they stepped up and fixed the issue. Because of that, I felt it was only fair to update my review and acknowledge the effort they made to resolve everything.

They asked for a picture of the shoe defect which I sent and they immediately said they would replace them and the new pair arrived a few days later. Great customer service.
