The customer service is outstanding, even if it’s the silliest question (it may seem silly to you) they are always so helpful.
I have a few products by now. The XL Lite; windbreaks; Medium and XL Power Station; Windbreaks; table; small lamp; T-shirts. It’s all excellent. The clothing is quality too.
I trust the brand because all their products are clearly tested and researched to a high standard. ❤️

Disappointing experience with TentBox
I recently purchased a brand-new TentBox Freestander, and unfortunately, when it arrived there were two holes in the roof. Obviously, this was extremely disappointing to find on a brand-new product.
I contacted TentBox straight away and was initially offered a patch to repair the holes. I made it clear that I wasn’t happy with repairing a brand-new tent, and after a couple of days I was offered a replacement instead.
I was told that a different team would contact me to arrange collection. A week passed and I still hadn’t heard anything, so I contacted TentBox again. On this occasion, I was quickly given the option to drop the tent off for their courier, which I did.
However, when I followed up a few days later, I was then told that I would have to wait another three weeks for the replacement. What makes this particularly frustrating is that TentBox had already known for over two weeks that my Freestander was being replaced, yet this apparently hadn’t been communicated or arranged with the team responsible for the replacement.
I understand that mistakes can happen with products, and I appreciate that TentBox eventually agreed to replace the Freestander rather than expecting me to repair a brand-new tent. However, the communication and handling of the issue have been disappointing.
I’ve spent a significant amount of money on what should have been a premium product, and I expected a much smoother experience when dealing with a manufacturing/delivery issue.

Tentbox Freestander ⭐ ⭐
We recently bought a newly launched TentBox Freestander and took it along to the Long Road Festival over the weekend.
Unfortunately, we experienced some water ingress through the door and window zips during the rain, which was disappointing as the Freestander is advertised as being fully waterproof.
However, what really impressed us was how TentBox dealt with the issue. After contacting them directly, their customer service was absolutely excellent. They responded quickly, listened to our concerns and came up with an amazing arrangement to resolve the situation.
While the initial experience with the waterproofing wasn’t what we expected, the way TentBox stood behind their product and looked after us as customers has genuinely restored our confidence in the brand.
Things can go wrong with any product, but it’s how a company deals with those problems that really matters — and TentBox absolutely delivered when it came to customer service.
Very impressed with how they handled it and looking forward to getting plenty more adventures out of our products we’ve purchased from them! 🚐⛺️
