We would like to clarify that we do not have any access to the phone you purchased, nor do we have any ability to block or control the device in any way. Once the phone is sold, it is no longer connected to us or any organization.
The phone was fully reset to factory settings before being sold. This means it only contains the standard apps and software that come from the manufacturer when the device is new.

It is unfortunate to hear that you are not satisfied with the battery capacity of the phone you purchased from us. For phones in Grade C, the battery capacity must be at least 80%, in accordance with our terms of sale.

A few days ago, I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max. I was skeptical because it wasn't exactly new. But to my great surprise, I received an excellent product with no signs of use and a great battery. The phone holds a charge for almost two days without recharging. The delivery was super fast and convenient! Thank you very much! I recommend this store.

Terrible telephones
The telephone's from this company are garbage, or at least the two times I bought one they were. I shouldn't have fell for it the second time. The telephone was always turning off and on from day 1 by itself, or no data for hours coming and going, terrible battery, I could go on and on. The geniuses that work here said I have to send in the telephone by mail, and send in another form to be downloaded on the internet and send it away to receive a temporary telephone. How could anyone wait for days with no phone or bankID or anything related to work. They have no office only mail returns and delivery. Total garbage never again. This isn't to insult the people employed there sorry if this offends but it is true that the operations of teleoutlet are third world nonsense.
