Good service and good time of delivery

The name of the product does not match the content. The dumplings was titled «kawaii glitter slime dumpling 6 stk» while it’s only 1 stk. but the details is hidden inside the description. Never rush to buy!
Also, the K-pop sticker, was supposed to be 5 , but it’s only 1 sticker picture inside, with 4 ordinary paper pictures. I complained but got no response and the contact number is not working. Buy only what you are sure of, or what you have verified in physical stores.

Lousy customer service. Non existent.
Bought a house appliance, broke after 10 days. Called the manufacturer, they said to send it to them, they will fix it for free. Sent it back to Proshop so they deal with the shipping. They said it cannot be fixed and my house appliance disappeared. Formally reported them and now they are hiding

Product never been delivered.
Post Nord app informed me that the parcel has been registered but never shipped.

I am very satisfied with the item i bought, and fast delivery. Excellent service and product

I ordered two Karchers, a steam cleaner and a K5, the steam cleaner was ordered a month early, every day they bother me with messages that your order is delayed, the order changes the delivery date, the worst experience ever with an online store, the delivery date is not accurate and it was supposed to arrive about 4 weeks ago, I do not recommend it, I will wait until the weekend and cancel the order.

I must give 1 star. They charge extra for company deliveries, but they do not deliver to private adress ( company adress ), and you losse the right to complain because its a company. They customer service is bad, so if you end up in a situation like this, you will not receive your goods and they will not care. Just not ethically correct.

Great service. Fast quick delivery

NEVER BUY DISCOUNT PRODUCTS THERE

Proshop advertises products at very attractive prices, but after you place the order and pay, they immediately start sending delay emails. I waited for several weeks while they kept postponing delivery without any real solution.

The worst part came when I finally called customer service. They basically admitted they could no longer provide the product for the discounted price I originally bought it for, and instead suggested buying it again at a much higher price — even above the average price in other stores.

This feels extremely misleading and like a bait-and-switch tactic. Selling products they apparently cannot deliver at the advertised price is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.
