Prompt sending of correct item, good price

So I ordered about 10 pc components, some of them werent in stock so they got ordered by them to get in stock. I asked them nicely today (22.09.2026) what the status on the parts that they ordered were and I got a response about 5 minutes later. I see much negative about the customer service on here but I think its how it should be! Awesome store. I have ordered things off Proshop before and it was good packaging and fast delivery.

Reliable and fast delivery. I purchased a couple of time from Proshop and was always satisfied.

The product was fine and came quickly well packeged, but I ordered the one with the walnut finish, not the simple mesh version. When I spoke to customer services they initiated a return but I had already built the computer. I asked for the walnut panels to be sent separately but received no response. This is poor when I chose Proshop for a lot of the components.

I always find good value for money at proshop, products arrive without delay or hassle. They have a wide selection of products, I bought home electronics, støvsuger and computer accessories so far, all working fine. Thanks

Good service and good time of delivery

The name of the product does not match the content. The dumplings was titled «kawaii glitter slime dumpling 6 stk» while it’s only 1 stk. but the details is hidden inside the description. Never rush to buy!
Also, the K-pop sticker, was supposed to be 5 , but it’s only 1 sticker picture inside, with 4 ordinary paper pictures. I complained but got no response and the contact number is not working. Buy only what you are sure of, or what you have verified in physical stores.

Lousy customer service. Non existent.
Bought a house appliance, broke after 10 days. Called the manufacturer, they said to send it to them, they will fix it for free. Sent it back to Proshop so they deal with the shipping. They said it cannot be fixed and my house appliance disappeared. Formally reported them and now they are hiding

Product never been delivered.
Post Nord app informed me that the parcel has been registered but never shipped.

I am very satisfied with the item i bought, and fast delivery. Excellent service and product

I ordered two Karchers, a steam cleaner and a K5, the steam cleaner was ordered a month early, every day they bother me with messages that your order is delayed, the order changes the delivery date, the worst experience ever with an online store, the delivery date is not accurate and it was supposed to arrive about 4 weeks ago, I do not recommend it, I will wait until the weekend and cancel the order.

Not able to test even on any system I had running. Item was returned will edit review later still waiting on a answer 🙏😭

I must give 1 star. They charge extra for company deliveries, but they do not deliver to private adress ( company adress ), and you losse the right to complain because its a company. They customer service is bad, so if you end up in a situation like this, you will not receive your goods and they will not care. Just not ethically correct.

Very happy with the customer service and pricing.

I always get good customer service, only downside has been long shipping times due to the main warehouse being in Denmark.
