The product, dispatch and delivery exactly as promised
Team Cycles were the only company with stock of the Muc-Off lube I wanted. They also offered next day delivery at a good price. I needed to be sure of delivery so I phoned to check. A friendly guy confirmed dispatch had already happened. Delivery was totally as promised. Thank you.

Still waiting delivery
Unfortunately I am still awaiting the delivery of my order. Although this is wholly due to the incompetence of the DPD delivery service I cannot give any higher rating for something I have not received.

Smooth, quick responses.
Love my new bike. It's sleek, solid, clean & crisp. Love the belt drive atm.
Power has managed to assist on various slopes/hills/gradients but I was surprised at the amount of work needed even with smaller slopes - I'm still happy with this as I've bought it for developing my fitness too.
Bell broken but quickly sent a new one.
Box arrived battered & tools were floating around inside the box.
Barcode is inaccessible so can't register the bike.
Was informed the bike was an older model - over 2yrs old, which was a surprise. Maybe my extensive research missed this, however I believe financially I had a great deal.
Conversations with Team Cycles staff were very positive. They were kind, helpful & informative. Thank you.
