Bought a brand new bike
Bought a brand new bike , there was issues before it even turned up. I got a message the day before the bike was due to be built saying it had been delayed by a week ! The bike came suspension wasn’t set up even after this was spoke about on the phone and via email , parts such as breaks where loose and dangerous.
I then had an issue on the first ride out (a rock went through the frame) I put a claim in via bike tart to the manufacturer the first claim got denied bike tart encouraged me to send another email to try get a better outcome , I still got the same outcome where I’d have to pay another £1000 after the original £3000 all of a sudden this was good enough for bike tart I’ve offered to but other financial reasons in front of them to try sort the issues bike tart and willing to do as close to nothing as you can imagine no good will gesture very little help.
Overall a company who try to hide behind the supply chain , I had an issue before with a much larger bike store / supplier they offered me a full refund after 2 years as they didn’t think it was acceptable but bike tart won’t offer anything on a brand new product.
This is a company that’s in business to make money nothing else, I’d stay away!
Very poor service
Very poor service . paid for 1-2 day delivery, still noy got item after 5 days. All they could say was that there was a bank holiday. Very poor. Wont buy from them again

Very poor customer service.I bought a Maxxis tubeless tyre . Tyre was faulty and didn't want to accept it back.
Paid for priority delivery
Paid for priority delivery, 3 days later not even an email. When I phoned up, I was told that the items I ordered would come direct from the supplier.
Not very good service.
Would NOT purchase from this company again.
Got what I needed from Amazon next day, thank you.
Would not recommend!
Would not recommend. Slow reply speeds, sales team are unhelpful. I did buy a bike on C2W - they agreed to fit all the parts on the bike before delivery. I had to chase for confirmation of assembly and delivery date (they confirmed 18th). On the 17th I was told by Fedex my bike was being delievered - great - but had to organise with work to not come in so I could sign for the bike delivery. But what arrived was a big box of all the accessories. And I am now waiting for the bike to arrive for me to self assembly all the parts... which is not what was agreed or promised.
Shocking tbh. And when you call their help line it rings for ages and then just hangs up saying their all busy.
Complete cowboys.
Only giving them the extra star for 2 stars as the bike was £100 cheaper than anywhere else online. Pay for what you get I suppose..
Competitive price and components…
Competitive price and components arrived in about a week from placing order.
Good prices, but I won't be buying here again
While the shipping process and the contact I had with them during that time was great, I can't say I will buying again after I purchased a £500 Cannondale Trail 2 which developed a rear wheel bearing issue after only around 100 miles of use. The bike was well maintained, stored indoors and never pressure washed. I contacted BikeTart expecting them to investigate what seemed to me to be very premature bearing failure. They declined to repair it, stating that because the bike was over six months old I would need to independently prove that the failure was due to a manufacturing/material defect. I appreciate their position regarding the legal burden of proof, but I found the overall handling of a £500 bike developing a significant issue after such minimal use extremely disappointing. I would have expected considerably better support in this situation
I ordered two items from BikeTart this…
I ordered two items from BikeTart this month: a bike and a set of handlebars. The main reason I chose BikeTart was the price, which is probably why most people shop there.
I've seen a lot of reviews mentioning late deliveries and items not being in stock. What people need to remember is that BikeTart isn't a huge global operation like Amazon. I also read their terms and conditions before ordering, and they clearly explain the difference between items that are in stock with them and those that are supplied by a third party.
Both of my orders took about a week to arrive, but once they were dispatched, they were sent via next-day delivery. I have no complaints about the service. I paid less than I would have elsewhere, and I'm happy to wait a week if it means saving money.
If you need your order within hours of placing it, then you may be better off shopping elsewhere and paying the premium for that level of service. As for me, I'm happy to wait a little longer and keep more money in my wallet.
Shocking service you place an order…
Shocking service you place an order only to be told they are waiting for their supplier to deliver ? Still don't have a firm date of when I will receive my item ?
**Shopify dropshipping operation**
**Shopify dropshipping operation**
Items are shown as in stock, but they appear to be sourced only after customers order. Nearly two weeks, multiple emails and repeated stock errors for one small item.
Avoid.

Well order the marin team 1 2026 at the beginning of the week and arrived today , im super happy with the service and updates throughout, the bikes amazing and cannot wait to get it on the trails now , thank u for all your help highly recommend biketart 😃
Great experience from buying to…
Great experience from buying to delivery and post delivery. It took a week to build the new bike and get it organised for delivery but I ordered mid summer! They were great to answer any questions quickly via email and the delivery company they use were also great and friendly. Price was great for the bike as in the sale, And you get some little cakes which is nice. Some sort of warranty info or delivery printout would be good in the package with the other leaflets etc? as can't seem to find my serial numbers etc to activate the bikes manufacturer warranty- there's 2 different ones in the same place? Other than that. Great! would recommend.

Product was exactly as described at a great price. Delivered within 4 days and I’m really happy. I felt i had to write this review as I was worried after ordering checking trust pilot and seeing many negative reviews. My experience was a positive one. Will definitely use them again. Many thanks. Chris
Bedroom business drop ship amateurs
Bedroom business drop ship amateurs. I placed an order and paid for next day shipping only to be told that it’s next day once they have received your products I.e. they stock nothing, take your money then order it in. Anyone can run a business like that. Order from a proper company that has the solvency to hold stock. Complete wasters.
I ordered a mens Madison gilet black…
I ordered a mens Madison gilet black it didn't show the rear of the gilet but said reflective when it arrived and I seen it I understand why there wasn't a photo of the back of the gilet absolutely minging looks like the lining from a 1970s ladies Mac. So I sent it back but had to pay £4.25 to return it if there had been a photo of the rear of this gilet I would never have bought it Ok my money was quickly refunded but wont buy from Biketart again the photos aren't honest enough
Lies, disrespect and greed...
I've given this company the benefit of the doubt three times now, and feel stupid for doing so. I ordered my latest item in preparation for an upcoming bikepacking trip with more than ample time for delivery according to their stated delivery times. It didn't arrive! I postponed my trip by 3 days... it still didn't arrive!
The order status said dispatched after a couple of days, but untracked... convenient! They claim to have items in stock when they clearly don't. It's obvious now this is just how they operate. Lies, disrespect and greed! Spend your money elsewhere.
Rubbish
Absolutely joke this company from start to finish never will I use biketart again rubbish service in everyway possible
Awful.
Awful.
Ordered on the 28th, 2-3days dispatch.
Today on the 3rd I'm advised they dont have the part to dispatch, with just a sorry.
My 16yr has been without his bike for the whole of half term and now won't have the part until next week.
The worst service I've ever received in the cycling industry.
Will never use again.
It’s not 1-2 days dispatch time (ignore this statement)
Ordered an item, which stated that it’s a 1-2 day dispatch time which is why I purchased from here, as I needed it before I fly on holidays. Received a mail stating that the item is still being processed 4 days after placing the order. If only I had read these reviews first, I would have ordered from elsewhere. Don’t do what I did, and just ignore the 1-2 days despatch time.

Gave up trying to order an expensive saddle using the introductory 10% offer that Biketart emailed me. Contacted customer services several times; total lack of interest from them. Ordered simply from another online competition.
