Produkt great-shipment nightmare
The product is excellent. The shipment was a nightmare, the shipping company who was advertised used another company and we had to call the first company three times to get a hold of the other shipment-company. It took three days extra, and was a very stressful experience due to misguided information.

I bought a pavilion for our patio…
I bought a pavilion for our patio and I'm very pleased with it. Fairly easy to put up, if you are two, and it looks very nice when in place. I also bought the mosquito nets, just in case. Fast, hassle free delivery made things even better.
There was only one downside with the whole experience. I didn't see the rubber stoppers and had trouble putting the curtains in place so I asked the seller for advice. Almost a week passed before I got a reply, and by then a friend with better eyes than me had solved my problem. On top of that, the seller sent me the wrong reply.

Hej, I ordered online on a weekend, and it arrived on Wednesday, exactly 3 weekdays after ordering. Its worth of the money and looks great on my patio. I have mounted it on a wooden deck with M8, 30 mm tree screws. I am waiting for a heavy rain to see if its 100% waterproof as claimed but so far no water has come out during a light rain.
4 star due to delivery issues, i ordered a 3x3 m size but got an 3x3.6 m size with a 3x3 m curtains set. Had to call and write emails to sort it out. Waiting for the correct size of the curtains which are supposed to come by tomorrow according to the shipment company.
Overall a good pavalion.

I believed I was purchasing a 3mx4m pavilion only to find it has a usable area of only 2.5mx3.5m. I feel extremely disappointed with my purchase and seriously mislead by your advertising.
