I waited 5 hours at the village hall…

I waited 5 hours at the village hall carpark. no sign of delivery.
We have waited 3 months with many delivery promises. We were led to expect a huge lorry so we arranged a big space. It apparently came in a van that could have come to our home.
UPS driver could have phoned us.
No contact made so no delivery.
We went to UPS access point in Holt as instructed. No UPS van .
Another failed delivery.
