Tlalpartner was was quick to ship my order. There were issues with the shipping company which Taltpartner were quick to address and promptly sent replacement for the packages lost by the courier.

The selection of tents suitable for covering everything from bicycles up to a small warehouse size area means that they will have something to fit anyone’s needs.

The tent was nice but parts were missing. I wrote to the support but no answer.

Reasonable price, fast delivery, easy to assemble, quite solid construction. Had a small problem that was quickly resolved by the customer service.

Totally worthless customer service. I wanted to return the tent because it was very crappy quality. I got no answer for two month even though I tried all ways to contact them. Then it was too late to return. After I red comments about this company I can see that this is the business worthless model they use. So one star is even to much

The handled to carry the tent broke directly. Poorly sewn and underdimensioned

I was very satisfied with this purchase. The product was damaged during shipping but they helped me and sent me new parts.
Very fast delivery and good communication.

Better than the old version.
I commented the old version, that it broke twice because of no air exit at the top. It got too much airflow. This have an air exit and it feels great.
I hope this will last longer.

Fast support that replied by mail to all my questions. Fast and free delivery. Nothing was missing. I haven't assembled the pavilion yet.

We wanted to change deliveryadress and contacted Tältpartner with phone and mail. When no one answered we contacted UPS. They said that it would be possible if Tältpartner quickly cancelled the order and laid a new one. We contacted Tältparter, this time succesfully, and they said they would try help us, and get back to us. They didn´t get back - until next day. The third day we got the delivery - fuor of sex packages to the wrong adress, the one we didn´t want it to. The fourth day the two lacking packages arrived. Also at wrong adress - and they were very damaged, open in the ends. We hope they are complete.

I live in Sweden and i ordered a 6x3 tent.
The delivery was quick and there was no parts missing, (almost IKEA quality, I say almost because I am Swedish 🤓)
The quality on the steel-pipes and the tent was very good.
The only thing that would be better are the instructions, had to think by myself to get it right 😂, and by that i mean there was difficult to se how the pipes should be turned when assembly.
But overall it is a good buy for the money. Waiting to see how it survives a Swedish winter and a lot of snow.

Not possible to make charges for Delivery via UPS webpage due to the fact that an account couldn’t be cerater fast enough. A password needs to be sent to me by traditional mail in order to activate the account and choose date/time for Delivery.

I bought a 4 by 6 meters professional tent this year. The tent was supposed to be a model from 2020 (according to the online manual) but what I got was a model from 2017. The quality didn’t look good; poor weldings and rust protection (galvanizing).
I gave the retailer the opportunity “to replace the tent I got with a correct one”
… or
“to buy the one I got for a lower price”
… but they wanted me to return the tent I got.
I need a tent so now I’m back at square one…
