I have ordered multiple times and every time have been very happy. I've only had one communication issue but that was cleared up right away with a single email. The staff are incredibly friendly and I always feel I am able to reach out if I need to.
Fair prices for a UK based shop with a huge array of products from big and smaller Kpop groups. Packaging is very well done and secure and the little TokkiPop freebies in every package are incredibly cute!
TokkiPop is my go-to shop to buy my kpop things from. I only go elsewhere if it's sold out!

Ordering process was easy, shipping time was great (considering it was shipped internationally). All products came as described, in secure packaging. Also received some freebies of my biases, which was amazing, as well as, Tokki Pop themed stickers which are so cute! Will definitely purchase from again and couldn’t recommend the business enough!

I ordered a Fox.de baby plushie from here and it was predicted that it would arrive in March since it was a preorder. It ended up arriving in February, and I also got a free Gunil photocard, and stickers!!!! I was so thrilled with this purchase.
