Everything was packaged perfectly for safety on the trip to the U.S. There were regular updates on the progress of the order and, once shipped, everything arrived quickly!

I can only speak on the one time I've ordered from chuchuberry for an xlov album preorder but everything was perfect! Delivery was super quick, and everything was in perfect condition. I appreciate postage packaging was layered cardboard rather than plastic bubblewrap as well!
