Fantastic first experience

Fantastic first experience! Staff were friendly and replied quickly by email, and sorted an error with my order without any issues. I also loved how that they gave freebies tailored to specific groups I ordered. I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely order from them again. Highly recommend!

Quick and thoughtful

Only had 2 orders from them but so far they are setting the standard. Quickly packaged and sent out, I received in 2-3 days. And the freebies are a cute touch. One of my orders was some photocards of specific group members and they sent lomo cards of those same members. Its clear that a lot of thought and care goes into what they do and I will be ordering again 🫶

Love this store

Love this store, the only “complaint” i have which isnt much of a complaint but its just that they dont usually restock albums. I did want the lngshot shotcallers album and its been out of stock for a while. Other than that its a great store! Doesnt take long to deliver, also gives freebies!

Awesome service!

They had what I wanted, and the delivery was super quick. I ordered Friday night and it was delivered by Royal Mail on Sunday. Awesome service and beautiful product!

Great communication and customer service

I found purchasing my items really easy and straightforward. They were delivered promptly, well packaged, and included some cute freebies.
Unfortunately I had an issue with one of my items (manufacturing issue, not HobiEgo), and after some troubleshooting I was sent a new item that arrived within a day or two. Customer Services was easy to contact and communicate with.
