They sold me fake brand clothing.
Also never recieved tracking details.

Order number:TBD000026660. I ordered new shoes was promised to receive it at the latest on Saturday. Nothing received. Tried to get in contact but no reply only standard messages that they would come back to me ASAP. Nothing sofar. Never ever buy something with this company. It is terrible!!

SCAM! On there website they rate 4* GREAT but that is not true!
ON trustpilot website the have a very bad rating. I ordered 1 pair of nike trainers, after 3 weeks still no delivery. Send many mails no answer. I traced down there adres, its a virtual office in Amsterdam no phone number. Further investigation brings me to LRG investments as a British investment company. They own the brandnames to bed dressed but also V&D en V& D prijzencircus a origin Dutch comp[any wo want bankrupt in 2015.

Be carefull as this smells like FRAUD

They send my boots very quick indeed, but the wrong size, although the order/account gives the right size.
And, I read that by others too, the return costs have to be paed by me, although the side says otherwise and it is their mistake.
Their phone is out of order and as I read the other complains, my e-mail will probebly not be commented. My luck, I payed by creditcard, so I am insured. Already took action.

Ordered dressed in November and wasn’t received until 15th May. 2 alterations were not measured correctly and I had to pay for these. Appointment booked for a fitting and dress wasn’t even in the shop. Had to keep my daughter off school to go to Southport to have the dress altered for a 3rd time.

I"m still waiting for my refund, the item has been delivered to the seller almost 3 weeks ago!

I ordered with them and my order is sitting in a DHL locker and they requested that the pick-up code be sent to them directly for some reason. I have rung them 3 times, they told me to contact DHL each time. I did and DHL tell me that they put the receiver’s address as their own!!! So the pick up code has been sent to them and now it’s Saturday, after a week of trying, and my parcel will be returned to them, without being able to do anything about it. So frustrating.

Ordered a product from To Be Dressed but received the wrong product. Then have to pay for the shipping and return costs of € 11. Bizarrely bad service. Can't be reached by phone and you will be sent from pillar to post via email. Bad!

Worst experience ever & very bad customer service! First, they send my package to a different address. The tracking link doesn't work and they leave it up to me to find my package by making it incredibly hard to contact them (they just hang up on you after 20 minutes in the queue). Lastly, they denied me to return the sneakers just two days after the return period (which is only 14 days) even though I wanted to re-order the correct size with them again. Customer service was rude beyond everything. Never again.

I ordered moschino handbag and sneakers. The bag came on time, but two weeks later I am still waiting for the sneakers…

I returned my order on the 3th of august and it was delivered at the 4th of Augusts, I am still waiting for my money to be returned to me and it is the 1first of September already. I mail twice, didn't receive an answer and created a complaint form on the website didn't get any answer. Now I called to customer-service, after 15 minutes of waiting I was automatically disconnected. How do I get a reaction, also reported it via Pay-pall and they send a reaction also. Not once I got any reply. People don't order anything with this company they are unreliable and cannot be trusted.

Do not buy from this site. this company works with thieves. I got ripped off and they didn't refund me.
Be careful . Danger

Fake advertisement saying that if you pay with PayPal the return costs are included, then they say that the return costs is the responsibility of PayPal to pay you back. This is a really bad way of tricking clients to buy on their shop pretending that the return costs are included, for you to realize later that they discount directly from your return money and you cannot do anything about it.

I have placed one order for 2 kind of shoes. Afterwards I received 2 parcels from 2 different shops. Unfortunately the shoes didn't fit me so I had to send them back. It has appeared that I have to pay twice the return shipping cost. I cannot understand it because I have placed one order and I wasn't informed that I will have to send them back to two different places.
So be careful, if you order a few shirts, it may appear that you have to send them back to several different places paying 6.95 for each parcel. That is not acceptable!!
Moreover they claim that if you pay using PayPal, you would be able to send back your order for free. That is not true!! In this case you have to make use of PayPal internal return service which has also constraints on number of returns per year etc.
Never ever buy anything at this shop!!
