multitude of services they offer. whether the people that comes and gives you that service knows what they are doing is another thing. bad thing is if you had a violating experience with someone, the company doesnt offer you a refund but instead a 15% discount...

Very disappointing really. The appointment was canceled after the appointment time.
Unreliable!

First my cleaning session was rescheduled and then cancelled, there is no value for time. My session was at 15:30 and the session was cancelled at 15:24 , I would have thought , if someone has to reach by 15:30 , should have already started the journey. Would not recommend Wacasa to anyone. VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Easy to book. Great service.

An inexperienced cleaner did not know how to clean a carpet and spilled excess ceramic tile floor cleaner onto it. They then vigorously scrubbed the liquid into the fabric—after closing the door to hide what they had done—resulting in a big, yellow discolored patch on a cream carpet right at the room's entrance.

Do not believe Wecasa’s claim that they will "make it right." They initally refused responsibility, claiming the carpet was "still usable" despite the severe staining. We had to fight for months for compensation before their insurance finally paid out, leaving us £500 out of pocket.

Do not use Wecasa if you rely on their guarantee to replace damaged items "like-for-like" when a contractor ruins something in your home.

Very good cleaning company with competent staff

We arranged a cleaner as a gift for a family member and used the app to do so. Our family member then booked the day to work from home to ensure the clean could take place. We booked a 3 hour clear to clean 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including a toilet). The lady who arrived was 20 mins late and in 3 hours only managed to clean 2 rooms - both of which were not cleaned properly. No hoovering was done, bins in each room not emptied, not cleaned at all. She did not understand how to use the cleaning products, equipment or materials - and these are basic products such as all purpose cleaner, window cleaner etc - very straight forward things to use. She did not know how to use the hoover or mop and proceeded to keep winding&unwinding the hoover. It was a complete waste of time and money, and despite constant reminders she didn’t leave the rooms to attempt to clean anywhere else. We bought all new products for her to use - every bottle is near empty?! Not quite sure how as she didn’t even clean anywhere. The cleaner was not vetted as it’s quite obvious that this isn’t her profession. The company has not done their due diligence and has sent a complete stranger into our home to complete a job that she cannot do nor knows how to do. I would not recommend we Casa as they do not do their due diligence or take any duty of care for the type of people
They’re hiring - yet continue to take money?! We need a response and a refund

Over a period of 5 weeks of having weekly cleans, and multiple different cleaners, every single cleaner cancelled the session less than half an hour before it was due to start and I am yet to have anybody come to clean.

I have already completed a survey for Trustpilot.How many more do you want? I had a great expderience with a lovely lady. Competent, professional, friendly and did a great job.

We booked a deep clean for my mum who had been in hospital. Natalia did an amazing job, very thorough and just got on with the job throughout her time with us. My mum and I were so pleased with the result. Easy to book, reliable and Natalia was excellent. Highly recommend this service.
