Very bad customers service

Very bad customers service, imposible to Contact them from a foreign phone, AI does not recognaize fix or móvil number, impossible to choose a slot to get the technitians home, if you miss him they Will never pick up the phone, 3 days without internet

The worst mobile company I've ever…

The worst mobile company I've ever used. It seems worth it because of the low prices, but the connection is unbelievably bad.

I need to work and don't have Wi Fi at the moment, so I bought an unlimited data plan to use until I solve my problem. Even with that, Vodafone can't upload a 50 MB video in less than 30 minutes.

Don't use it.
