I really appreciated it in my country. Then I experienced no roaming, no help when I went abroad. I stayed there one week, this problem was not resolved at all.

Extremely Frustrating Experience
Activating this eSIM is practically impossible if you are coming from another country. The activation process requires an SMS verification, but it does NOT accept my Brazilian phone number.
I purchased the eSIM, paid the activation fee and the initial top-up, and received the email with the eSIM serial number. However, I still cannot complete the activation because I have no Italian phone number to receive the required SMS.
This is ridiculous. How are new customers arriving in Italy supposed to activate the service if they don’t already have an Italian number?
There should be a proper alternative for international customers. Instead, I have paid for an eSIM that I cannot use because the activation process is completely dependent on having an Italian phone number.
Very frustrating and poorly designed activation process.
How I will call support if I haven’t a number?

The ho app is just horrible to use
The ho app is just horrible to use. You just need to login Every time you close the app. Most of the times it Says My credentials are wrong! And now it decided to use My esim as its 2fa! Now i am stuck in this loop that to transfer my esim to a new phone I need to “simply” login to ho app but to log in to the app I need my esim which I don’t have access to unless I login which I can’t.

Ive tried to reach out by email, whatsapp, call in the number 800688788 and message in facebook... but nothing! E-sim QR code not received.
I bought an e-sim yesterday. Until now, I haven't received a QR code to activate it yet, and my bank card has been charged. I have tried to contact them by number, but they do not respond.
