I absolutely love the scents for my candle making. However the shipping takes too long. I also asked for expedited shipping on the first order I made and it took just as long as If I used regular ship... See more

My apologies of. my review of a day or two ago. I believe I jumped the gun on my review. I received my order very quickly, also, I love the packaging. I haven’t made any candles with the new fragrance oils that I just received from them, but they smell really good. Hopefully that will translate to the candles. Again, I apologize for the review that I never should’ve written. . I have deleted my previous review.
I've been corresponding back and forth for days with customer support. I purchased two 8 pound fragrances at over $600. One container (Scent No 1000 My Way) was missing at least 8-16 ounces despite having the foil seal. I didnt want to make a big deal and have to send it back for a full size. I waited to open it up because I already had existing oil in my diffuser and once you break the foil the oil will start to degrade. I finally ran out of my existing oil and opened the bottle. Literally no fragrance unless I put my nose to the bottle. I put it in my diffusers thinking maybe that would make a difference. It didn't. I reached out to customer service and explained the situation. They stated their 30 day policy, but I didnt open it till 90 days (as mentioned above) and they said sorry its more than 30 days. Then they said we will make a one time exception. Send is your unopened bottle (scent 1019) and we will replace that with a new fragrance. WHY IN THE WORLD would I send back a bottle that i havent opened when the issue is with the one I opened. Makes no sense. They wanted me to return an 8lb bottle at my expense for them to swap it out with another fragrance.
Well sorry I am not going to spend extra money to send a bottle I paid for to get another bottle. I dont have an issue with the unopened bottle (not that I know of cause I havent opened it) I have a problem with the defective fragrance which they clearly didnt want to address. They kept on wanting me to send the unopened. WHY? We need to fix the problem issue not another bottle.
All I can say is BUYER BEWARE. They dont value customers, they dont care about their quality control and they dont stand behind their products they sell. Look elsewhere. And certainly dont buy Scent 1000. Just use an AI search and you will see other customers complain its a week scent.
Use Simbi Fragrance or AromaTech. Much better products than what Vinevida sells
Customer service and their products are absolutely terrible!! I’ve been through 2 diffusers now and both don’t work. Tried reaching out again to tell them the same problem I had with my last diffuser and did a warranty is happening again. They told me I’m out of warranty which I understand however it’s the same diffuser with the same problem. I told them I’ve tried every way fixing it and no luck. They didn’t even offer to send new attachments or anything. Their warranty is so short because they know their products will fail. The scents are also extremely weak compared to other brands. BUYER BEWARE GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.
Good scent good design, but the product stops working after 7 months. While the manufacturer warranty only has 6 months. So no replacement no solution but to purchase another one.
Purchased a V1 Skyline and Studio Plug in Diffusers, I was using other undisclosed kind of cold air diffusers and loved how they diffuse. I decided to purchase both types from Vinevida along with diffuser oils, a few bottles I must add.
Within two days of the V1 Skyline, I asked myself what the heck did I invest in? Discovered nothing but problems since I received it. Followed steps to a science, the devise did not diffuse no scent, scent was very faint and barely anything coming out, only thing you get is the loud noise actually both diffusers is a loud annoying noise. I switched to another oil I purchased to see if it made a difference? Sure did not. Seems there diffuser oils has become pure crap. 1,000ft coverage diffused zip. I had to reach out to customer service and requested to return, received a return label to send back stating there engineer will inspect to see what the problem is and will get back to me with their findings and what’s next. Really? After reading reviews from many customers seems it’s the same complaints against Vinevida. I believe if your a first time customer, they’ll supply you with full strength scents to draw you in to keep buying, pay attention because those same scents will get weaker and weaker, I picked up on that after a while. Never supporting this company again.
Heavenly Scents that dont break the bank. I really enjoy the gentle Hotel like scents throughout the day while i'm working.
I purchased VineVida's Eucalyptus and Spearmint Cold Air Diffuser Oil because of the company's claims regarding product quality and "exceptional customer service and after-sales support." The product arrived on time, and the price was competitive compared to similar products on the market.
When I first opened the bottle, the scent smelled as expected—fresh eucalyptus and spearmint. However, once the oil was placed in the diffuser and exposed to air, the fragrance changed dramatically into a strong chemical odor. The smell was so unpleasant that multiple people in our household developed headaches while it was being used.
Assuming this may have been a defective batch, I contacted customer service to ask about either returning the product for a refund or exchanging it for a different scent. I felt this was a reasonable request given the circumstances. While I received a prompt response, I was essentially told that no options were available and that I should have purchased a smaller quantity first to test whether I liked the scent.
I was disappointed by this response, especially considering VineVida's marketing emphasis on customer satisfaction and after-sales support. In my experience, those commitments did not extend to resolving a legitimate product concern. Based on both the product quality issue and the lack of a customer-focused resolution, I cannot recommend this company.
Just bought 2 new cold air diffusers. Maybe the product is just not meant for this application but every scent I have tried has a weird dirty smell to it.
I ordered 4 diffuser 120ml oils. I usually use ecoscent UK or Magic Scent US in commercial cold air diffusion machines. I am beyond disappointed with all 4 oils. All I can smell throughout the house is some base chemical or carrier with a faint whiff of fragrance. I thought it may just be the one so cycled through 4 oils on 3 different commercial machines and the same result no matter the Intensity or frequency settings. Obviously with the items opened there's zero chance of return so all I can do at this point is warn other consumers looking to diversify their oil supplier
Good purchase. I'd appreciate a discount for as much as Ive promoted your products
After using Aroma360 scenting systems in my home for over 10 years, I decided to try VineVida because the pricing appeared significantly better. Over the past few years, I've purchased several VineVida oils, including a 1-gallon container of their "My Way" fragrance (their version of the popular hotel scent).
Unfortunately, my experience suggests that the lower purchase price may come at the expense of performance.
With Aroma360 oils, my diffuser settings rarely needed to exceed 30% to achieve a strong, noticeable scent throughout my home. After switching to VineVida's My Way fragrance, I found myself increasing my machine settings to 45%, then 50%, and now approximately 65% just to achieve a comparable level of fragrance. The oil is atomizing correctly, the HVAC system and tubing have been cleaned and verified, and the scent is detectable directly from the bottle. The issue appears to be diffusion performance rather than equipment failure.
What was most disappointing was the customer service response. Rather than addressing the core question about relative strength or concentration, VineVida stated that they could not compare their products to Aroma360 because they do not have access to Aroma360's proprietary formulations. While technically true, this response felt disingenuous given that many VineVida fragrance descriptions specifically reference and market themselves as alternatives to well-known Aroma360 scents. You cannot simultaneously market a fragrance as an Aroma360-inspired equivalent while claiming no meaningful basis for comparison.
To be clear, I wasn't seeking a refund or replacement. I spent roughly $500 on the oil and simply wanted to understand whether the weaker performance I was experiencing was expected. Instead, the conversation shifted to the age of the product and return policies, despite the fact that I never requested either.
The bottom line is simple: if I must run my diffuser at double the output level to achieve the same scent coverage, the apparent savings disappear because I'm consuming fragrance at a much faster rate. In my case, the lower upfront price did not translate into lower operating costs.
Based on my experience, VineVida may be a suitable option if initial purchase price is your primary concern. However, if you're comparing it directly to Aroma360 and expecting similar scent throw, concentration, or performance, you may find yourself using significantly more product to achieve the same results.
The price is great for the amount you get but... the smell is not so great on any of the ones I have chosen. I have decided to stick with another brand even with the larger price tag. Not everyone has the same taste in scents so don't let me discourage you. I have still made several in-person sales on the candles that I have made with vinevida scents.
