Great place for everything camping, caravaning and motorhoming, purchased a Quest pro 4, great to see one up in the showroom and it was also cheaper as they had a bank holiday special discount on everything.

Never received the first delivery
Never received the first delivery, made contact and asked to wait a week for which I did. Emailed support again asking for a replacement to be sent and no response.
Shall be raising the issue with them yet again for a speedy resolution.

Towbar was fine. Installation instructions were fine.
After asking AI, decided to use the relay to connect the tow bar electrics. Since VW use PWM on the side lights, I'm not sure that connecting the electrics direct is really an option. It's only a small wrinkle really but worth considering (IMHO).
Worth considering too is a 12V supply for the relay. If you have a 12V supply in the boot area, you can use this for a supply to the relay. On my Golf, the supply is always live. Best to check first and then (if suitable) do remember to add a fuse for the relay.
