Terrible service, endless postponements, and still no installation!

My experience with Thansen regarding tire purchases and workshop appointments has been extremely disappointing. My booking has been postponed multiple times—often notified on the very same day or just hours before the appointment.

In many cases, they don't even send a reminder unless I actively call them to check before traveling to the workshop. Up to this very moment, the installation has still not been done, and they have failed to keep their promises. This complete lack of organization and disrespect for the customer's time is unacceptable. I expected much better professionalism. I cannot recommend booking workshop services here.

Staff is very nice and helpful. I liked the experience. We bought cycle with installation service and everything I stalled perfectly. If installation charges can be decreased that would be awesome.

Within hours, and I mean HOURS, of placoing my order the item was already packed and in the hands of UPS, with an E-Mail to me.
This is totally remarkable and professional working for the customer. Well done.
Thomann returns procedure was also excellently carried out in the same professional manner.
Do I think I will use Thomann again? No, I do not think so - I KNOW so as their Customer Service is second to none. Thank you very much.

Overall good service. I bought a 12v battery online and it was tested in front of us at pick up, to confirm it was charged and in good health, which I appreciated. The website was great and gave me all the information needed to make sure this was the battery model I needed for my car, and it was spot-on. Not 5 stars as I had to message customer service to find out where the battery was after it missed the in-store delivery date, 1h within messaging I got confirmation that it actually already was at the store.

Most e-commerce sites are good 99% of the time. The difference is that 1% when something goes wrong. I got the wrong product and they a) took two days to reply b) requested me to visit a shop outside of town for a replacement (against the consumer law) and c) had no coordination whatsoever between phone and e-mail. You can call and have a nice talk but it has no effect whatsoever on the issue (even if they tell you they will inform the person that is handling the issue, in this case that a visit to a shop was not feasible) and if you call again you will start from scratch. So the e-mail channel is slow and the phone channel is useless. It's 2026, the e-commerce sites I regularly use are really great in all respects. This company is stuck in the 1900's. Now waiting for next e-mail exchange. Maybe a star more or two could be salvaged.

The items purchased did not match the picture on the website. An individual item should have arrived with 3 separate components as the picture shows but instead only arrived with two components. The staff tried to rectify the issue but nothing could be resolved.
