Parcel was incomplete
My parcel arrived incomplete, so I contacted the store. They told me they couldn't do anything about it and advised me to contact their headquarters, where the parcel was packed.
I contacted the headquarters, and they claimed that all the items had been sent and assured me that they would get back to me. However, I never received a call or an email from them.
Due to all these delays and the lack of communication, I missed my repair appointment. Now, I have neither a repair appointment nor the missing items.
This situation has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially since I have made several attempts to resolve the issue without receiving any proper assistance or solution.

The wheels were yesterday not properly…
The wheels were yesterday not properly mounted and they vibrate far too much. It is risky so I am going back today to get it solved. These things shouldn't happen.

Faulty products
Thansen sells faulty electronic parking meters, which they fully admit. But when that results in a parking fine, they don't take any responsibility. I think the whole point of having an electronic parking meter is not to have to check every single time you park. So a stupid decision to trust Thansen and their products has just cost me 900kr. Thanks a lot.

We do not accept your claim that thansen knowingly sells defective electronic parking discs.
If you experience issues with a product, you are welcome to visit one of our stores to have it inspected and submit a warranty claim.
However, it remains the driver's responsibility to comply with parking regulations and ensure that the parking disc is functioning correctly before leaving the vehicle.
