Great experience using Tenancy Cleaner, once I told them what I needed my booking was confirmed for the next day.
Brianca was my cleaner and she was punctual and courteous. The clean was efficient and thorough.
I look forward to using the service again in the near future.

Very pleased with the work Atanas did for us, he was asked to clean our double oven.

His work was of a very high standard, taking his time to complete the task meticulously. He was extremely professional in his work - I would certainly use him again.

Overall I was ok with the work carried, but I was very disappointed as I found things uncleaned after paying over £900 once they had left i.e inside of the windows in some of the rooms not cleaned, behind the sofa's not hoovered or cleaned, dinning room table glass not cleaned, lamp shades not cleaned, under the beds not hoovered all this was requested. Another issue I came across on the day I was quoted one price but on the day was asked for a extra £400!!! via transfer after paying £400 to clean a 3 bedroom house extra before any work was going to be carried out quite a shock to myself but I had no option but to pay this on the day as I was in an emergency situation!!!!. Also I found it quite strange that I had to supply all the cleaning items at my cost? I would have thought being a cleaning company you would have had your own hoover, mops and buckets and cleaning items. The ladies were polite.

This company absolutely bowled me over with their communication, understanding and empathy. We had so many issues along the way and had to change days and dates several times, and they were absolutely brilliant about it every single time.

And the service itself was just as impressive — the carpet cleaning and overall cleaning were outstanding!

They’ve definitely become my go-to company, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Would not recommend at all, go with a competitor.
The bedrooms were left covered in dust, with no real effort put in. The living room carpet wasn't vacuumed at all, and there were large bits of food still stuck in it, impossible to miss. The kitchen was in the same state: grease stains everywhere and a stove top that clearly hadn't been touched. The bathroom was the one thing done properly, but that was the extent of it.
I ended up spending another 2 hours cleaning up after they left. I reached out politely, acknowledged the bathroom was fine, explained the rest wasn't, and asked for a refund. Instead of addressing it, they responded aggressively, accusing me of moving things around and manipulating my video evidence, and refused to make it right.
Save yourself the money and the hassle.

The ladies wanted to see the apartment first, and after I showed it to them, they asked for my keys, saying they needed to get their cleaning supplies from the car, which was only a 3-minute walk away in the parking area. However, they didn’t come back for 30 minutes, and I honestly don’t feel comfortable or safe with this.

Absolutely Dreadful Experience - do not use this company! THEY NEVER ARRIVED
They changed my booking from 9am to 1pm the day before.
By 4pm I told them to reschedule for 9am the following day. They were full of apologies & assured me they would be there before 9am.
No show by 10am so I called them, they couldn’t contact the team who were supposedly on their way because they weren’t answering their phone!
At 11.30am I cancelled the job & demanded my money back. Again they were full of apologies but that was of no help to me - it was the Friday before bank holiday & I had to have the property cleaned by the following Tuesday evening because I was going away. The stress of trying to find anyone that could do it for me was ridiculous & brought on shingles, which I really didn’t need.
Eventually got friends to agree to do it in stages while I’m away.
Tenancy Cleaner is the worst company that I have tried to deal with in a very long time. I think they decided they didn’t want the job because of location or price & just fobbed me off until I had to cancel.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM - THEY ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE

I am writing on behalf of a friend who used this company to clean his flat at the end of the tenancy. The quoted price was around £285 for 2 cleaners for 4 hours of work. But when the cleaners arrived, they asked for an extra £145 cash; my friend had no choice but to give it to them. But after they cleaned for 4.5 hours (so £430 for 4.5 hours of work), the conditions still failed the landlord's check. The landlord paid extra to restore the kitchen and bathroom floors and the window's mould to their original condition. Of course, my friend had to pay the extra to the landlord through the deposit.

I can't attached photos here. My friend was shocked after seeing the differences. After this company's cleaning, there was grease on the kitchen floor, limescale and scum on the bathroom floor, and behind the pedestal.

He then emailed the company to ask for a partial refund and sent them the photos; they simply ignored the fact that the cleaners had asked for an extra £145 in cash. They replied to my friend that they did the 'professional work'!

So please avoid using this company, as they will charge a lot of money, but CANNOT DO THE JOB properly. Their cleaner will ask for extra cash. It sounds to me like this is their normal 'professional practice ', as the customer service kept ignoring the fact that their cleaner asked for an extra £145!

Simply avoid this company.

Dreadful company, do not use them if you are located in the Bath area. My daughter paid for an end of tenancy clean and the house wasn’t cleaned properly and they caused damage. When contacted they avoided any communication and suggested that they had caused the damage themselves, despite there being video evidence to the contrary! Avoid this company

Absolutely awful paid £307 they did an awful job broke are cupboard and have said it wasn’t them. Ignoring our phone calls and emails and won’t refund us! DO NOT USE!

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this company.

From the moment the team arrived, the experience was unprofessional. They arrived in an unmarked estate car with no uniforms or company branding, and only two people attended what had been booked and paid for as a deep clean.

Rather than introducing themselves or discussing the work to be carried out, the first conversation was about increasing the price. I was told the property was "too dirty" and that an additional £100 would be required before they would begin. This made little sense given that the service booked was specifically a deep clean.

When I challenged this and explained that I would need to raise a complaint regarding the additional charge, the team refused to carry out any work and left the property.

In my opinion, this was an unacceptable experience and felt misleading from start to finish. If you choose to use this company, I would recommend being extremely cautious and ensuring that all costs and expectations are confirmed in writing before they arrive.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Extremely disappointing – do not trust the pictures advertising this service

I paid almost £600 for a professional deep clean, and I genuinely cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Do not assume that the photographs advertising their services represent the standard of cleaning you will actually receive. What I received was essentially a surface clean, despite paying for a comprehensive deep-cleaning service.

Around 80% of the work listed on my invoice was either not done or, in my opinion, nowhere near the standard you would expect from a professional deep clean. Skirting boards were not properly cleaned, doors were not done, radiators were not done, flooring was not properly scrubbed, tops of cupboards were left dirty, and numerous areas were still covered in visible dirt and grime.

I sent the company around 30 photographs showing the condition the property had been left in. Despite the amount of evidence I provided, I felt their response to my complaint was dismissive and condescending. I found this particularly frustrating considering it was my money that had been spent on a service that I did not feel I received.

There were also services I no longer required, yet I was not refunded for those unused services.

The only substantial cleaning I could clearly see had been properly completed was two carpets and the fridge. For almost £600, that is completely unacceptable to me.

When I complained, the initial compensation offered was just £100, despite the extensive photographic evidence I had provided.

I booked this company because I wanted a genuine professional deep clean and was prepared to pay a significant amount of money for it. Instead, I was left having to clean areas myself after spending nearly £600.

Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and would not recommend their deep-cleaning service. If you are considering booking, I strongly recommend being very careful about what you are paying for, getting exactly what is included in writing also did not help what so ever if anything it just proves what they have not done, and checking every area thoroughly before considering the job complete.

Brilliant cleaners... Very hard working.
