Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 223 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Customers frequently complained that the delivered flowers were wilted, of extremely poor quality, and looked nothing like the advertised promotional pictures on the website. Many consumers noted that the arrangements were severely overpriced for the tiny handful of dead or dying stems they actually received. Furthermore, buyers experienced major frustrations with delayed shipments, missing items, and unreliable tracking services that failed to update. Some reviewers were happy with the quick delivery and lovely flowers. These individuals praised the prompt arrival times and described the arrangements as beautiful, full, and well-received by their family members.

The bouquet I got was old, the roses’ petals chopped, some of the greens dry and some soggy. It was not a nice arrangement, just seemed like flowers chucked together. And it was very small. It literal... See more

Shame on E florist

Different friends have ordered flowers for me on and off from E florist Ireland and every time they land they are half dead… Aldi’s and Lidl would be a better buy.. contacting E florist is a nightmare they definitely do not deserve business and shame on them for sending out flowers looking the way they do.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!

So disappointed. First they totally lied about an attempted delivery. Then they threw them inside the wall the following day. They were there for hours before anyone saw them. Look nothing like the image on their website. Definitely not a large bouquet and such bad value for what I paid. Completely ripped me off. Will never consider ordering from them again

I am giving this a one star review as…

I am giving this a one star review as there was no way to give it a minus!
I placed an order on 19th August for flowers to be delivered to my friend on Friday 21st August.

I was extremely disappointed and frankly quite angry about the service I have received.

The flowers were supposed to arrive on Friday 21st August. On that day, I received an email from the delivery company stating that they would be delivered that day, but they were not. I had been in contact with eflorist since 21st August trying to resolve this, yet despite this, the flowers were not actually delivered until Tuesday 25th August — four days after the promised delivery date.

To make matters considerably worse, the bouquet my friend finally received bore little to no resemblance to the bouquet I ordered and paid for. The flowers were also extremely dried out and clearly not in an acceptable condition. Given that they had apparently been with the delivery company since Thursday 20th August, it is hardly surprising that they arrived in such a poor state.

This was a gift intended to arrive on a specific date, and the entire point of ordering flowers was completely lost. Not only were they four days late, but what was eventually delivered was of an unacceptable quality and nothing like the product advertised when I placed the order.

The company are not reliable at all!! Do not order.

Terrible experience

Ordered flowers from Ireland to UK for a birthday which cost over €70. Promised next day delivery. Received an email to apologise as they couldn't find a courier to deliver. Given the option to be replaced with a different standard bouquet which was delivered 2 days later with €22 discount. Flowers arrived and recipient sent me photo. I was totally embarrassed as they looked like nothing in the photo. I sent photo of what was delivered and what I ordered to customer service. Their response was to have my 82 year old mother in law cut back the flowers and place them in a smaller vase. Unbelievable. Would never use them again and certainly not recommend.

Poor quality

My partner bought me a bouquet from this place as a kind surprise gesture. However the flowers arrived broken and wilted and no flower food to put into the water. Customer service is appalling. All you receive is the same automated response although the images that have been sent through speak to themselves. For the price you pay you’d expect more. Extremely disappointing

Nothing like what was ordered.

Bunch nothing like what was ordered. A lot less number and the types of flowers were different from the ad No white Roses as shown in pictures. Half were wilted on day 1. Sorry looking bunch.
When I complained they more or less said tough luck.

I wish I could give 0 stars and I WISH…

I wish I could give 0 stars and I WISH I had read the reviews before spending €65 😭 ordered flowers 3 days ago with a vase and chocolates for next day delivery to my cousin who was sick in hospital. No attempt was made to deliver the day of. No attempt was made the following day. Today I guess they attempted to deliver the (probably dead by now) flowers and my cousin has already been discharged from hospital. They made no attempt to call her but just wrote “refused delivery” and Eflorist said they are not responsible! They are the ones using the courier company! It’s their product! What the hell 😡

Disgraceful flowers

Disgraceful flowers. Arrived dead with no water. Customer service is appalling. Told to clip my own flowers and water then in order to bring them back to life. There’s no bringing these flowers back to life. See pictures attached. Avoid at all costs

If I could do 0 stars I would

If I could do 0 stars I would. I ordered a LARGE bouquet of flowers for a colleague that is leaving. I am extremely disappointed and embarrassed at what arrived. The bouquet is tiny and is completely misleading from your advertised photo and for this bouquet to be a Large is baffling. It was embarrassing seeing what arrived and for the price of €40 plus €11 delivery is outrageous. What I received I could have got from tesco for €10. When confronting customer service they told me that the flowers needs to bloom and the stems needed cut and within 48 hours they would be much fuller however the flowers were never going to look like the advertised photo as the bouquet is that small. Do not waste your money on these fools!

I had ordered a small golden glow…

I had ordered a small golden glow bouquet from you on my wife’s birthday the image showed such a beautifully arranged bouquet, but when it arrived it literally looked like the cheapest quality roses and baby breaths. I was so upset but my wife said that it’s okay it’s still the gesture that counts. You know the feeling when you have to make do with someone else’s stupidity and carelessness? I’ll never buy or recommend you. I’d rather run to Dunnes and find better flowers there for the same price point

I genuinely had a really good…

I genuinely had a really good experience with this company. I ordered flowers last night at 9:30pm and my Mother had them at 8:39am this morning with no complaints! I’ve seen the flowers as she’s arranged them in a vase herself and they look beautiful and full, a nice variety of flowers even though I ordered the small. Tracking was available through DPD. Will definitely be using this service again.

Ruined my birthday

Ruined my birthday.
Flowers were ordered days back and were supposed to arrive in Sat. Instead of the flowers, I got a message as late as 9pm, saying ‘we tried to deliver, but you weren’t home’. Lie. I was at home, but nobody came or called or messaged.

Now it’s the 3rd day that i’m waiting for the arranged replacement. Same story - driver won’t deliver or follow instructions to leave in a safe place.

Apart from delivery, the packaging itself is bad. While their competitors deliver nice flowers in a glass vase with water and deliver in convenient hours, eflorist keeps them dry, in a paper box. Guess what happens with those flowers when they are picked up on Friday morning and delivered in Mon evening, being all this time with no water, in a van, in 25 deg heat? Change your packaging, these are flowers, not dry fish!
