Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 44 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently complained that the delivered flowers looked nothing like the online advertisements, often arriving withered, dying, or with broken stems and missing petals. Many people felt that the overpriced floral arrangements offered very poor value compared to standard options found in local supermarkets. Some reviewers were not happy with the delivery service, noting that packages arrived significantly late, missed important celebratory dates, or were left unattended without proper notice. Consumers also experienced major issues when trying to resolve problems, as customer support responses were unhelpful and replacement orders frequently failed to arrive.

Ordered flowers for my 20th wedding…

Ordered flowers for my 20th wedding anniversary… have yet to be delivered. I’m not saying that’s the fault of the florist but the customer service was diabolical. Turns out it’s my fault they’ve not been delivered and also it says only 90% get delivered next day! Bargain for the £6 delivery.
My advice is stay clear and go with local of Interflora…

Do not use eflora

Hi
This order was placed on the basis that your site said delivered in 3 hours. You have failed to meet the terms of the delivery. It has still not been delivered. Your service is not acceptable. You are taking orders based on misrepresentation.
I will post a warning to stop others being conned

I am DISGUSTED!

I am DISGUSTED!!
I ordered a £55 bouquet with vase and chocolates with an order total of £78. Same day service offered. I was then informed that they didn’t have chocolates in stock but that they would add extra flowers to compensate. Then I was told that they weren’t able to do same day delivery.
When the flowers arrived next day, they looked NOTHING like what was advertised and if extra flowers were added then realistically only one or two flowers are included in the original package?!! I reached out to eFlorist with my concern and they believe the bouquet meets their standards.

Total misrepresentation and a rip off. Stay clear !!!

No flowers, absolutely horrific experience.

I ordered tulips for my mom of 95 who lives in the UK, to arrive on the 10 May 2026, which is the day we celebrate Mothers day in South Africa.
They were not delivered on the day, or the next day or the next day!!
They then sent an email in response to my frantic queries to say they can reorder and send at a date I could now choose.
Who needs flowers after the special occasion is long past!
They offered me a £5 voucher for next time!!

Who in their right mind would do business with this company after this horrific treatment! Words fail me!

I was terribly upset by this whole situation and I would like to share my experience so others do not get caught like this and have their wonderful gesture to a friend or relative spoiled.
Who knows if my mom will still be alive next year and I certainly will NEVER EVER order from this company again.

Flowers dead within a few hours

The flower box was wet and open and dumped in my porch. I was home but they didnt ring bell to let me know they were delivering. I found the box and put the flowers in water immediately. This was all at around 3pm. By the time I came into the room at 7am the next morning most of the flowers, and certainly all the roses, were dropping and dying looking. It just got worse day after day.
These were Mothers day flowers from my son whom I know carefully selected them. I cant tell him how awful these flowers are.
I hope this review helps someone else not make the same mistake.
Ive contacted eflorist with my complaint but noone has contacted me in any way. Sad state of affairs.

Ruined Mother’s Day: Dead flowers and zero customer support.

I ordered two "Medium" arrangements (roses and tulips) for Mother’s Day, and the experience has been a total shambles. The flowers arrived withered, bruised, and dying. They looked nothing like the lush arrangements advertised online. To add insult to injury, I was charged two separate delivery fees despite both bunches arriving at the same time with the same courier in a single drop-off.
I have emailed eflorist four times since March 14th to resolve this under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They have ignored every single message across all channels. I am now proceeding with a formal Letter Before Action and a court summons. Avoid this company if you actually want your gift to arrive alive.

No show flowers for a funeral

I ordered flowers for a funeral with a three day notice. The flowers were to arrive before 1.00 pm at the crematorium. I went to the funeral and didn’t see my flower order. All the flowers were collected at the funeral and taken to the wake for display, still no flowers. I got a text later that day to say that they were being processed and then delivered, after 3.00 pm. I contacted customer services who sent an image from the florist but this wasn’t time stamped. I feel very let down and won’t be using eflorist again.

Flowers arrived for Mother's Day

Flowers arrived for Mother's Day. Were supposed to be in a bubble containing water and flower food to last for two to three days. Container was tied below stems so they weren't touching water and already starting to drop. Also bouquet badly presented with a load of greenery shoved in. It's now two days later and in spite of changing water and cutting stems the whole thing looks very tired. The florist used was Temple of Flowers Portadown. Tesco would have done a better job at a quarter of the price.

AWFUL, DO NOT USE

Ordered 12 red roses for valentines and was sent a photo of them - they looked brown at edges on outer and inner petals, they were also very small. Their general appearance was old and dying roses which were poorly presented. Had to buy flowers and send a replacement delivery from another florist. Complained and eflorist customer service told me to send another photo after 48 hours which I did (they had not improved) and eflorist said they looked healthy so would not give me any refund, not even a voucher for a goodwill gesture. Nothing. Was a very upsetting experience. This company do not care about their customers.

0/5 stars - brutal scheme of a place. Sent my partner dead roses for Valentine’s Day. The state of these flowers, there was no way it was a mistake. They are a fraud of a company. NEVER USE!

Flowers bought online by my sick father…

Flowers bought online by my sick father in hospital for his wife on Valentine's day. What an absolute disgrace of a company. To actually deliver those to my elderly mother. The roses were all dead. Absolutely disgraceful!

The company is deceiving its customers

The company is deceiving its customers. The flowers do not match the photos. The flowers in the photo are medium-sized, but they send roses with very small buds. The bouquet looks pathetic. One flower was broken. I do not recommend this company. Tesco sells flowers of better quality than they do.

Shocking Quality, Misleading Sizing and Poor Customer Service

Honestly where do I begin, I ordered a “large” Bold Roses assortment for my wife as a suprise. I paid for next day delivery which was charged at a rather premium cost but I thought that this may mean my flower may arrive well handled and fresh. Well my mistake!!!! My first concern was the email following telling my Evri had my parcel, now knowing the care and attention that Evri put into usual deliveries this didn’t instill confidence.

Well today at 3pm my arrangement arrived, initially I was already questioning it as my “large” assortment came in a small package but ever the hopeful I thought I was mistaken.

I opened the box and was shocked at the the quality and the size of assortment. The size was actually smaller than a supermarket assortment and the quality was disgraceful. My flowers arrived damaged, with clear bruising to the foliage, broken leaves and browned and flailing flowers. At this point I sent an email to the so called customer support with attached photos.

Well I wish I hadn’t even bothered, I received a response 4 hours later trying to convince me that many of my flowers were still in bud and attached some care instructions clearly ignoring the bruised, snapped and clearly knife riddled foliage that was in the picture.

I was that disgusted I went to my local florist and replaced them with a quality set of flowers which I wish I had done in the first place. I showed the florist the sent flowers from eFlorist and they said they were appalled at the standard and said the size was laughable for a so called large collection.

So I have since discarded the assortment sent from eFlorist as I wouldn’t disrespect my wife giving her these poor quality petrol station flowers.

Long story short AVOID eFlorist at all cost, use your local florist, use Interflora, Jesus pick some from the garden yourself but don’t waste your time and money on this company.

I purchased a bunch of “large” flowers…

I purchased a bunch of “large” flowers last week. To when upon receiving them they didn’t look anything like the bunch online. It was missing 4 roses as pictured and they were browning/ dying upon delivery. It’s now been 120 hours since delivery and none of the other flowers have opened from bud. Roses turning brown and the bunch quickly found itself in the brown bin. Waste of £30, don’t get your hopes up. Stick to Tesco.

Tried to get a refund for the very poor quality flowers falsely labelled as a large. And good luck trying to get anywhere with customer service.. better off talking to a wall!
