Tavistock are fantastic - the product range is great, we never have issues with quality or deliveries. The sales, customer service and technical team are always helpful. One of the best companies we deal with and always our number one go to!

We are a bathroom company who fitted a WC for a customer - a factory fitted part was faulty - Tavistock have no technician team who will go out and carry out repairs to factory fitted parts. They expect the installers to go back and do it for free for the customer...as we can't charge them. Don't waste your money, spend it with aqualisa, crosswater, these are companies who care about their products and aftercare

I had an issue with a pair of bath taps that were letting water by. I had no idea of the name of the range but I emailed customer service who were prompt in advising me what I needed to repair my taps, at a very reasonable price too! Thank you Tavistock.

I needed some more parts ordered for the plumber I can’t fault Terrianne for her help and customer service I hope Tavistock realises what an asset she is to the company

Had downstairs bathroom fitted in 2015. The toilet seat was loose from installation - but battled on with it until became too problematic. various attempts at fixing ultimately ended up deconstructing the boxing in of soil stack to gain access to fixing screws. Gave up after getting myself wedged in between toilet pan and wall, even then couldn't get purchase on securing nut. So looked up make of toilet pan - Tavistock. Contacted their Technical Support managed to track down toilet type and the required replacement seat (which had top access to fixing screws). Ordered it and replaced with in 10 minutes. The Technical Support was particularly excellent. Took uncertainty out of ordering process.

I purchased a whole run of Tavistock Scribe bathroom furniture and the combined sink and work top unit.

The sink was cracked, missing side panels, missing doors which are now out of stock, replacement panel faulted a large area iof colour missing and chipboard below showing, so further delays on getting the bathroom renovation finished

In 2024 I bought 2 Tavistock Lansdown back to wall pans. Having fitted the first one this year it is the most inefficient and unhygienic product I've ever encountered. It takes up to 4 flushes to clear the pan and then only drains slowly, often filling the pan up to the rim. I thought the drain must be blocked, but having dismantled and checked everything, and compared it to my en-suite wc, I now realise it is purely bad design. This is not a quality product. I am not going to fit the second one and will have to remove the one I have already fitted as it is putting my children off using the toilet, which is not healthy. What a waste of time and money.

We bought Tavistock Nomad double shower and installed in October 21 thinking a premium product for a new bathroom in the extended property. The product was bought through Costco and had 10 year guarantee advertised at the time. In year, the valve started playing and needs adjustments, which we painfully tolerated for last two years. Now the shower valve completely blocked this morning and could not move whatsoever! This resulted in for us to stop home supply after 30 minutes of unsuccessful try to close it. We eventually got the semi-professional support to switch off the shower through spanner. Very painful and difficult experience. When I contacted Costco this morning, I was advised that we may need to dismantle and return the product. I feel that we have been cheated by providing misleading 10 year guarantee, where you expect a superior product to last for a long duration. I don't know the actual outcome yet, however our standard economical B&Q shower is working perfectly fine for more than 10 years.

For our bathroom renovation a little over a year ago, we opted for a simple bathroom tap from Tavistock. After only 2-3 months the mixer handle started to become stiff and made horrible crunching sounds that were amplified by the sink. Tavistock staff was helpful and send a replacement cartridge with installation instructions, which solved the problem - until 2-3 months later. Already suspicious that this was just an inferior cartridge, I asked them to replace it again, which they did. Now we are on our third cartridge and have the exact same problem.
My conclusion is that this is just a bad product made from inferior parts and no amount of replacing will fix the problem. This is really frustrating, especially since I don't think we are able to get our money back because the bathroom retailer we bought it from went out of business (this seems to happen with quite a few bathroom retailers?).

I recently bought 4 pairs of Tavistock Ashmore taps and 1 bath filler. They look and work brilliantly.
I've also contacted Tavistock directly and found the their staff to be very helpful.

Recently purchased two Resonate mirrors, two Cadence vanity units and an Orbit toilet through a local builders merchant and have been very pleased with the quality of all the products.

Had a Micra Uno WC installed by Signature kitchens bathrooms and tiles in Whitley bay.

The toilet cistern is mis-shapen and doesn't sit flush to the wall. The cistern lid is out of square and does not fit correctly on the cistern.

The toilet pan is very visibly asymmetrical. I have never seen any brand of bathroom furniture as badly made as this.

Been using Tavistock products for a number of years, great quality and if something does go wrong, their customer service team sort it quickly and efficiently.

I bought a Tavistock Landsdown back to wall toilet unit in July and several stains have appeared including water stains. I cannot believe a product that is made for the bathroom cannot take water or light bathroom cleaners. The painted wood is obviously very porous. My last wooden unit lasted 15 years and this is showing marks after 2 months. When contacting customer service they no longer stock the size I bought so am now left with a more quality product and no way of changing it. They could not even tell me what product to use to get the stains off just said proprietary cleaner. Am scared to use anything on it as am afraid it will make it worse. Shocking to charge these prices for such inferior products. I will not be buying from them again. Do not buy from Tavistock.

Toilet seat was broken and Tavistock refused to replace meaning I need to pay for the whole toilet to be unplumbed and returned to Costco as Costco don’t replace parts.

In 2023 we had a Loft Close Coupled Open Back Rimless Pan & Cistern installed in our cloakroom. It was sold to us as a quality product. However it is the most inefficient and unhygienic product I've ever encountered. It takes up to 4 flushes to clear the pan and on occasion the force of the flush results in dirty water being flushed out onto the floor or on your cloths. Quality product? I don't think so.

Have purchased some bathroom cabinets from Tavistock and I am very please overall with the quality and service.
After approximately 18 months some slight signs of small chips to the exterior paint finish but this is mainly due to sharp finger nails and knocks in general.
One of the door hinges and so I contacted customer services - brilliant,,, quick to answer and supplied a new hinge supplied - sorted no problem.
Would definitely use again !!

Very impressed with service today. Tanya and her colleagues reacted swiftly and knowledgeably to my query about shower controls, and what I thought would take hours of web browsing took a few minutes to sort out.

We purchased a Tavistock Bathroom wall unit some 6 months ago, for some reason one of the the top joints started swelling quite visibly..
Obviously due to water ingress.With a 10 year guarantee I thought the joints should be waterproof?
I have to say that as soon as I contacted Tavistock with the problem there were no ifs or buts , the very next day a replacement was authorised. Service like this tells me I made the right decision paying that little bit more for better quality. Well done Tanya and Tavistock!!
Just got to get onto the retailers I purchased from to replace it now. Forgot to say I also have two compass vanity units with no problems😉👍
