Very sorry to see the terrible service of this platform when cancelations of artist occur. I paid for 2 tickets for the andropausicos show then later I got an email informing about it and giving 5 days to cancel!!! Or the new terms and dates for the show in 7 months later must be accepted. I responded on the same day confirming no interest to go 7 months later, then emails back and forward asking for bank information, kind of account, name of the person who paid, etc and the confirmation of all documents was received. But then 10 days later nothing happens no devolution of money neither and when I ask when the money will be return the answer was an email with 2 links to read the terms of conditions again!
This is not respecfull or serious at all. This platform charge 4% for a bad service in top of that an IVA% another fee for a show never presented. What way to steal people!
