Buyers survey
I wanted a buyers survey for a property I've purchased. I emailed South lincs surveyors and had a reply back within an hour.. Fast response to emails sent back and forth and a competitive quote delivered. I was offered an appointment to carry out the survey the following week. The survey carried out on tuesday and results cane back the very next day. Excellent service and communication. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a professional, fast and friendly service. Will use again in the future.

Jackie at South Linc's surveyors…
Jackie at South Linc's surveyors provides an excellent and thorough survey. After showing her the property on Rightmove she immediately stated that the property didn't need a full level 3 survey at that stage and that a level 2 homebuyer survey would be sufficient. This gave me great confidence and trust in the company and put me at ease from the get go. After the survey was completed, the report was with me within 3 days . The survey was very detailed, thorough and clear , picking out alot if issues that you would never pick up just by viewing the property. But also highlighting good points too. Which then gave me clear guidance as to whether or not to continue the purchase. All in all a great company who I will use again if needed. Thank you Jackie and South Linc's. Highly recommend
