Great service completing a Level 2 Survey on a property I am looking to purchase. Good price, availability and received the report within a week of the date the visit was completed. Would defiantly recomend.

Simple process to book and have surveys done.

Good comprehensive report

I was informed of everything every step of the way and the timelines for reports etc. It as a highly professional survey and comprehensive report. It made us feel safe moving onto our new home knowing a proper check had been completed. It also helped us budget for jobs we might need to do. We would definitely recommend the company again

I was very happy with my level 3 survey from CJ Bloor. It was very detailed (79 pages) and I now know, pretty comprehensively, what does and doesn't need doing to the house I am purchasing. The red/amber/green traffic light ratings give an indication of urgency which is very helpful. My surveyor Gareth and another surveyor Michael were happy to chat with me on the phone after I received the survey to clarify any parts and to give further advice on how to care for the house.

Provided a competitive price, followed up with a phone call covering detail. Carried out survey when they agreed and returned completed survey to us on agreed timescale. Couldn’t ask for a better service.

Report is detailed and sent on time as promised. Surveyor also pointed out could be Artex kitchen dinner ceiling and flagged it for further investigation. And I paid for drone inspection of roof that they kept the promise and came back with aerial pictures and flagged defective roof findings. I requested them bringing ladder, in case there were none in-house, to inspect the roof void and they did come back with further red flagged issues. So generally they did a pretty job.

The report he produced was thorough and extremely informative. The attention to detail throughout the survey was unmatched! The property we were looking at seems to have only minor issues until Chris came along and has probably saved us tens of thousands! The booking process was smooth and straight forward and the follow up aftercare is a great touch as he would be willing to discuss any queries we may have had if we were continuing with the purchase.
