Fabulous Choice of Products and Great Service
Love the choice of products this company sells and the fact that orders are processed quickly and delivered to my address without issue. My only minor negative comment would be that the Sunset LED Glass Butterfly does not state that it has a USB connection. It is a beautiful lamp but I'm not a huge fan of lamps with USB fittings. It also means I now have to purchase a plug or adapter with a USB port.

Your chosen delivery company has failed to deliver, and does not even appear to be able to locate my address. Under the circumstances I think that the best option is to cancel my order and not purchase from you again. I can get the identical item from Amazon, and they are able to locate my address! Very poor indeed.

Home water fountains
I bought a dragon home water fountain ages ago from them and loved it, your can hear the water trickle and it sounds beautiful, but it stopped working I bought a new pump but it didnt last long. So decide to buy a new one. I bought the butterfly water fountain it looks beautiful but I am disappointed with the water not making any sound, I thought it would have a nice trickle affect as it as 4 little falls on it, but nothing, my dragon one was a lot better.
