So sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the quality of the wallpaper.
All our images are high-resolution fitted to be printed as murals. In some cases, depending on the size of the wall, you need some viewing distance to the mural and consider the subject as a whole.
You can always order a printed samples before ordering the actual wallpaper, so that you will have an indication of what the wallpaper will look like.
We have a 30 day return policy for unassambled items, so if you haven't started installing the wallpaper you are always free to send it in return and receive a refund. Please contact us if you would like us to help you with this.

Great!
As a big renessaince art lover, I always dreamed of having a renessaince wallpaper on my ceiling. So I ordered my desired wallpaper on Photowall and chose the "Premium" one.
One week later, my wallpaper arrived and unfortunately the print was unsharp. The colors were bold and beautiful but it was only the sharpness of the faces of the figures which made me worried.
From afar my ceiling looks lovely and wonderful. Almost nobody notices the blurriness of the faces on the wallpaper.
Overall I give Photowall 4 out of 5 stars and would order again. But keep in mind that the print might come out unsharp if you choose detailed prints. Next time I'd stay with the less expensive version rather than the premium style wallpaper.
