Absolutely useless platform - constant issues including a major outage this week where you couldn't send invoices which is absolutely crippling to businesses. Yet throughout all this, no emails to customers advising of the issue, their status page is silent and suggesting everything is great, they lack empathy on live chat at the significant impact on your business, they just don't care.

Issues I reported when I first joined up remain a problem over a year later. It seems apparent to me that all development is outsourced to some low cost agency and all they do is shuffle tickets back and forth.

They give the software away free with their accountancy services, but after having stuck with it this long under the naive belief that they would improve, it's clear that I need a grown up partner rather than an amateur one.

If you take your business seriously and need to do basic every day matters like sending invoices, handling receipts easily etc then do yourself a favour and steer well clear.

I cannot even create an account!!! Absolutely nuts! Attempted to register, that was an issue. Tried to log in and it said I needed a confirmation email...asked for one...said there is something wrong. GIving up!

Pandle was recommended to me a couple of years ago when quickbooks had become a joke. Initially I was impressed with the software ,support and the cost.
In recent weeks the serious issues are weekly if not daily.
Bank transactions missing, unable to send invoices to customers or simply unable to log in. These are all problems and glitches that can occur with ALL platforms , however where Pandle is different is that their AI assistant Luca is quite happy to blame the user and suggest fixes that can cause more harm than good.

UPDATE....Still cant send invoices to customer,Luca still blaming me and suggesting useless fixes. IT IS WORRYING AS A BUSINESS OWNER THAT THESE COMPANIES QUICKBOOKS,PANDLE,ETC HAVE TO BE USED FOR MTD RETURNS WHEN THEY CAN'T BE RELIED ON FOR EVEN THE MOST BASIC OF TASKS

Started of well and had good one to one support. Now around 8 months in and its having a few issues. That combined with no admin help over the phone anymore is very frustrating. This software is good when it works but its not been working on 2 seperate accounts of mine for quite some time now. Very deflating given the hassle it is to set up initially. On two seperate accounts the balance is miles out compaired to actual bank account balance there's serious issues with this software pulling in the bank feeds. Unless this improves I will be moving very shortly 👎

This software is cumbersome to use, has limited functionality and balances take hours to update. This is a good advert for. We will be transitioning to Zero or Quickbooks.

I've to say I was scared when I realised I would have to learn Pandle, a completely new software. Thankfully Luca was there to help me along the way. I sure could not have done the first entries let alone connect my bank account to pandle if Luca had not been there. A big thank you to Luca. Whoever needs to learn Pandle need not worry. I'm proof it can be done even at my tender age of 72!

Very disappointing support, after almost 2 weeks they haven't fixed a simple feed issue and need to upload manual transactions every time. Unfortunately my overall experience has been very bad. Today with AI you can find so many better options.

I own a European business selling in the UK.
The UK Gov is requesting a software to manage VAT. I have used Pandle and when it was too complexe, their customer service person, Connor, has been incredibly helpful in a matter of minutes.

Good Service again today from Amelia & Kieran on the helpdesk team regarding a refund received from a supplier (rare occurrence) and for which I could not find help for in the help file... wasn't using the correct "buzz word apparently" 🤣
Generally the Human Customer Service is great - the AI Bot Luka is learning but still has a ways to go IMHO.
As a background we've bee using Pandle since we started our business in 2020. Generally good for a no-frills accounting and not expensive bit of software that sorts out my VAT return and enables me to send invoices and reminders to my customers. Limited ability to personalise invoices & emails, but some things, such as monthly statements, have to be raised manually for each customer. Reporting is OK - and keeps my accountant happy. Quotes are good, but sadly don't pick up the invoicing item list, which would save LOADS of time (most customers need quotes these days) and its a suggestion I've made a few times now so -1 ⭐for that. Tried the stock option when it first came out, but it was very buggy, so gave up on that and never went back to it - shame really
But for the price we pay for Pandle-Pro we absolutely cannot complain when comparing it to other APPS in a similar category.

I was struggling to set up my business on the software, opening balances etc, luckily (Kieran) came along on the chat and helped me through it, also the Ai chat is very good at solving the quick easier questions.

I use Pandle for both my own business and for my clients. They are always helpful and very responsive. Today I dealt with Kieran who helped me find a workaround for an issue I was having.
Highly recommend this company.

I think it suits for purposes, but hasn't been a flowless experience unfortunately. Pages are loading really long, especially transfers (not many option how to customise reports). The bank feed works good except for reimbursed transactions (they are missed, had to add manually couple of times). Also, help articles are not fully sufficient as they explain the meaning behind the bookkeeping requirements but not necessarily how to do things inside the app, like instructions "where to click". I've got a Pandle for free as a part of my work with The Accountancy Partnership. Overall positive experience and there are opportunities for improvements.

Had an issue that I couldn't resolve online. Message lft over the weekend and issue resolved by 10am on Monday morning. Great service from James.

Shawn was amazing helping me out and guiding me through the invoice/ file uploads steps on Pandle. He showed me how to do it and explained it so well that I feel confident I could do it on my own next time. Great customer service.

I spoke to Andrew who almost immediately gave me the right advice. I am impressed with the way Pandle works and their great customer service. Thank you Andrew.

As always, I'm impressed a service at such a competitive price or even free if you chose the free plan can offer such a reactive and effective support (gave a first try today with the bot to solve VAT related issue, was then redirected to a human). Highly recommend !
