I work as a teacher
I work as a teacher. I opened the website to show the student how it works. After a couple of clicks it took a kreditupplysning of me.
I never meant to apply for a loan, I was simply showing a student how it works. The page does not ask you to approve anything by bankID. It doesn’t even show you a pop-up warning that says if you click we will take a kreditupplysning of you.
It looks like they did it on purpose. They just harm your credibility. NEVER USE IT.

This is because our partner banks need this information in order to assess the application and provide offers. This is stated during the application process, and BankID is typically only used at a later stage, for example if you choose to proceed with an offer from a lender.

Unhelpful Service and Unnecessary Credit Check
I used Lendo.se to explore offers from various banks. Despite advertising a single UC credit check and contacts with multiple banks, they only provided offers from two small banks with interest rates around 6%, even though I mentioned having an existing offer of 3.3%. As someone with a fixed-term contract, it’s clear which banks accept this type of employment. Lendo should contact users before doing a credit check to confirm which specific banks will be approached. Their service was unhelpful and resulted in an unnecessary credit check.
So in my case there was no point in using Lendo and I had significantly better offers on my own.

Pushing to commit too early / manipulations
I had a quite scammy experience with Lendo. I have received lånelöfte from Lendo and using it I have won a bidding for a house. After winning the bidding I have called Lendo where operator said that the lånelöfte is not valid and we need a new one. Okay. So the operator starts applying for a new lånelöfte on my behalf, after doing so he says that I now need to chose a mortgage(i.e. company, % plan, etc) that I want to go with. At this point, I am trying to explain to him that this is not how it works, as I am not required to commit right now, but he stands on his position that I need to make a choice right now(even though, I haven't even singed a buyers contract at that point).

If you have won a bidding and want to get a final credit decision before signing a contract, you have to choose a bank in order to get that. Since we’re a mortgage broker and not a bank, we can’t give you a final credit decision before you decide which bank you want first.

BEDRÄGERI!!!
Jag valde av misstag fel försäkringstyp. De ändrade den till rätt typ. Efter detta ringde jag till kundtjänsten och bad dem att avbryta den felaktiga försäkringen. De sa och bekräftade att den var avbruten men i slutet av månaden fick jag fakturan. Detta är varken mer eller mindre än ett BEDRÄGERI.
Jag är långtidskund och de har alltid försökt sälja någon försäkring till mig. Jag var alltid försiktig och dubbelkollade med dem att ingen försäkring var vald under ansökan, och om den var vald så avbröts den. Det krävde alltid långa samtal och dubbelkontroll flera gånger att ingen försäkring var vald. De var alltid ivriga att sälja försäkringen. Den här gången ringde jag och kollade, avbröt, frågade flera gånger om det var avbrutet. De hävdade och bekräftade att det var avbrutet men det visade sig att de ljög. Jag skriver denna feedback för att göra er medvetna om att de är kapabla att ljuga och håll det i åtanke!

I accidentally selected the wrong insurance type. They changed it to the correct type. After this I called customer service and asked them to cancel the faulty insurance. They said and confirmed it was discontinued but at the end of the month I received the bill. This is nothing more or less than a SCAM.
I am a long time customer and they have always tried to sell me some insurance. I was always careful and double checked with them that no insurance was selected during the application, and if it was selected it was cancelled. It always required long calls and double checking several times that no insurance was selected. They were always eager to sell the policy. This time I called and checked, hung up, asked several times if it was disconnected. They claimed and confirmed it was discontinued but it turned out they were lying. I am writing this feedback to make you aware that they are capable of lying and keep that in mind!

Great Service and good follow up
Very good service. Credit check is done only once and Lendo takes care to check with all banks to select the best possible interest rate for us. They also update the process clearly and help us until the loan is processed. Must use, I used their service for moving my home loan.

Asked for offers, now getting harrassed by Lendo
Asked for offers for a small loan just to see what the market has to offer. Since then I'm getting 2-3 calls a day. Please stop harrassing people, I can decide alone if I want to take the loan or not. But if you call one more time I will definitely not even think about using your service in the future.
